Spectacular Ground Floor Fully Remodeled Condo - 2 Bedrooms Each with a King Size Bed & Two Full Baths. Living room TV upgraded to a Smart TV. There is also a sleeper sofa as well as a Pack & Play for infants. Come relax in this spacious condo while enjoying great views of the Courtyard & Pool. Large Patio with pool view including patio table with 6 chairs and a gas grill. Surf Court is just 1 block to the beach (5 minute walk) and is also within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza (12-15 minute walk) which offers numerous shops and restaurants. Take advantage of the Trolley pick up spot adjacent to the property and embark on an inexpensive Island adventure to other "Hot Spots" for shopping & dining. This great property is very centrally located and you will want to return year after year.

as usual Hilton Head never disappoints.Upon going to ed in the guest room the bed had sand in it and frito chips under the sheet. We had to wash and clean before we could us the bed. It was reporeted the day after our arrival.

Condo was immaculate- newly renovated. Only down side was the cable in one of the bedrooms did not work. Granted - I did not call to have it fixed (I’m sure seashore vacations would have handled it) but I would have been nice if the TV worked.
