La Terrasse du vieil Annecy

Great location

Very central location - Old Town is two steps away, 5 minute walk to bus station and waterfront. Bars, restaurants and shops just outside the door. Excellent location! Nice with a terass - however not a spacious as the on the pictures.

The apartment does not have AC and since we visited during a heatwave, that was a big set back. There is a fan for each bedroom upstairs, but it's not enough when the heatwave is on. If you have problems with stairs, this is not the place for you. A narrow stair to acess the apartment, and a narrow stair to access the upstairs bedroomes/bathroom.

Excellent location in the old town (close to everything), excellent facilities, cozy apartment, very responsive, caring and helpful hosts, who really made a difference with their overwhelming kindness and sense of hospitality (big merci here). If you are coming by car, be aware that access to the old town is restricted (but the hosts will give you precise indications on where to stop / park). As many houses in the old town, you need to factor stairs (also inside the apartment as clearly shown in the photos). It's not a negative side per se, but may not be for everyone, so be aware of what you are booking.

Cannot find anything we did not like.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Gute Ausstattung. Sehr schöne Terrasse.

Das Geschoss in der Dachschräge gebaut, so dass man sich ab und an den Kopf anschlägt. Nichts für große Menschen. 😊
