The location is perfect - fantastic neighborhood with great restaurants. The air conditioning was (thankfully) good during 100F temps. The lift is a little creaky but convenient for the 6th floor unit. The views from the windows are beautiful.
It’s a great property that I’d definitely recommend, but the living room furniture/throw pillows would benefit from a little refresh.

We were so comfortable at Maggio's apartment. Someone met me to show me the place, which was much appreciated. The apartment is spacious with beautiful views. The main bedroom is large, and our son appreciated the loft space. The AC worked wonderfully!!! Great location, near great restaurants, and extremely quiet. This was the favorite place we stayed!

Cozy apartment with everything we needed. I especially loved the recommendation book. We have been to Florence multiple times and there were a couple of places recommended that were new to us.
Nothing to dislike, it was the perfect size and the accommodations were just right!

Great location in Oltrarno, my favourite area! very close to Palazzo Pitti and right behind Piazza Santo Spirito, everything in centro storico and everywhere in Oltrarno is within walking distance.
