Apartamenty z basenem-Polanki Aqua - Holiday City

Dobrze wyposażony i nowocześnie urządzony apartament. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym.

Oblężenie basenu i sauny.

Basen zewnętrzny z podgrzewaną wodą, ratownicy bardzo czujni, sauny czyste i wystarczające (parowa i sucha). Apartament bardzo przestronny, czysty, dużo miejsca na ubrania - gospodarczy składzik w którym były nawet dwa rodzaje nocników! (Nie mam już małych dzieci ale byłam mile zaskoczona) dużo tabletek do zmywarki, pralka, wózek do wożenia rzeczy na plażę, deska do prasowania, odkurzacz, żelazko- wszystko w apartamencie. Mega wygodnie!

Uciążliwe zapachy z rana - zarówno na balkonie jak i na basenie - zdecydowanie mają coś nie tak z kanalizacją. Do godziny 11-11:30 po prostu śmierdziało. Nie każdemu będzie odpowiadać lokalizacja - nam nie przeszkadzało - plus parking w cenie wynajmu a nie dodatkowo płatny - bardzo na plus!

Tolle Lage, die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet und sauber. Es war genügend Platz für 6 Personen und trotz der Größe der Anlage, war es sehr ruhig und man hat kaum etwas von den Nachbarn gehört. Der Schwimmbereich sowie die Sauna ist sauber, bietet genügend Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder und die Erwachsenen können trotzdem entspannen. Es war sehr schön und wir kommen definitiv wieder! Riesiger Pluspunkt ist die Größe des Balkons, einfach herrlich 👍🏼

Eigentlich hat man nichts auszusetzen, es war alles prima! Aber in dem Zimmer wo wir waren, wären ein paar mehr Hacken für Handtücher und Jacken wünschenswert und etwas mehr Besteck sowie Schneidebretter aus Holz statt Plastik. Aber das ist meckern auf hohen Niveau.

The location is great- close to the beach, and facilities offered- the indoor swimming pool area is an alternative for rainy weather.

The equipment in the kitchen is old and used- requires replacement. My checkout experience was horrible. The cleaning crew literally kicked us out 5 minutes past the checkout time. The man in the crew told me to clean up the garbage- completely unacceptable. He criticised me for being 5 minutes late in front of my children. Earlier, the host was not willing to extend access to the room by even some time despite the fact that she offered to do so when we wanted to book another room for family within the facility. This is far away from good guest experience.
