The apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped with anything you need. We had a great stay in Kołobrzeg. I can truly recommend it to families. Also, the contact with the owner was great. Thank you Natalia! We are already planning our next stay in Polanki Aqua.

Very good equipped apartment

Very good apartment, we had everything we needed. We loved the furniture and decoration. Easy access to the pool, sauna and kids indoor playground. Just a few minutes to the beach.

Just one small thing: We ordered a baby crib in advance that wasn’t ready when we arrived. Would not have been a problem. We were told that it is in the closet. We built it up but there were no linen. So we couldn’t use it (but we also hadn’t to pay for it). The view is on the parking space and the street.

Wir waren bereits zum 4. Mal in der Anlage - nicht ohne Grund! Alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Perfekt für Familien.

Betten zu klein, Kommunikation ist schlecht. Preis nicht gerechtfertigt.

Das Schwimmbad, die Größe der Wohnung, 2 Badezimmer. Für uns drei war es angenehm.

Die Kommunikation mit dem personal. Bevor sie das Geld hatten, reagierten sie schnell. Nach dem Aufenthalt haben wir die Schlüssel in der Unterkunft vergessen. Keine Reaktion mehr. Die Größe der Betten, geht gar nicht. 1,40x2m. Mein Mann und ich sind schlank, aber die Betten sind zu weich und zu klein. Mit Luxus hat es nichts zutun.

- moderne Anlage mit gut ausgestatteten Wohnungen - guter Pool mit Sauna und Fitnessraum - kurzer Laufweg zum schönen Strand - im Vergleich zu anderen Orten an der Ostsee angenehm günstiger Preis - sehr viel Schrankraum - gutes WLAN und zwei große Smart TVs

- wir hatten zwei Wohnungen gebucht, die zweite konnten wir leider erst verspätet beziehen und war deutlich kleiner als gebucht (zu klein für 4 Personen). Wir haben Booking.com informiert und uns beschwert; uns wurde zunächst eine Kompensation in Aussicht gestellt, die dann aber nie in der versprochenen Höhe ausgezahlt wurde. Als wir bei Booking.com nachgefragt haben, wurden wir an die Unterkunft verwiesen, die unsere Forderung in arrogantem Ton abgelehnt hat. Nach dieser Erfahrung werden wir garantiert nie wieder hier buchen.

Część spa, która była długo czynna. Czystość w apartamencie. Smaczna ryba w restauracji. Również bardzo pozytywne powitanie w apartamencie, butelką wina i czekoladkami. Pełen profesjonalizm.

W daniach dla dzieci mogła by być opcja filecików bez panierki.
