Superb

Big modern apartment with a big living area in the upper floor. In the downfloor 3 bedrooms but only one of them with a double bed and two of them with sleeping sofas. Close to the beach, which is clean and wide and with only few visitors off season. The outdoor Pool was already opened in June. Very good price for what you get!

Some of the sofas were a little bit sandy and especially the sofa in the living area was a little overused. We were 6 people and only got three entrance cards for the pool and fitness area. Seems like the hotel company and the pool company did not have a perfect agreement at that point of time, as the hotel didn't have enough entrance cards for all the guests.

Not worth the price and poor facilities

Apartment itself is okay

The facilities promised were not there. The sauna is far from the apartment. They have only an outside pool. If you want to have a pool may be only worth visiting in core summer. The check-in and check-out process is extremely difficult. Need to wait in a long queue, and collect keys and the actual apartment is in a different place. There is no indoor play area for kids

The overall offers are great, our apartment was not worth the money.

The apartment has a great location near the beach and offers a nice pool and a playground.

The internet did not work, sadly no one could help us. The dish washer was also broken and the elevator did not work when we were there. some items are missing in the kitchen.

we had a private garage. excellent for parking an expansive car and bikes. spacey room, newly built, fully equipped.

found few hairs on the bed. but overall cleanliness was good. in Polanki, there is no indoor pool. not great when the weather is poor. check weather forecast and consider booking the next building with indoor pool: Polanki-Park. there is a sauna, but no cold basin. if you want to go into the pool, you must walk about 150m. the direct door which would take you directly into the pool are locked. the pool closes at 19, so in the evenings, no way how to cool down after sauna (except a shower with poor stream). we had just one set of keys, which is not very comfortable for a larger group.

Great location close to the beach, good food at the restaurant. Easy check in and check out, apartment clean and comfortable. We had a two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms.

Super Anlage wir kommen wieder

Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Es war wirklich super geräumig. Der Balkon ist schön groß und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Es gibt auch ein kleines Spielzimmer für die Kids

Wir fahren gerne nach Kolobrzeg

Die Stadt Kolobrzeg ist sehr schön und wir haben in den letzten 35 Jahren sehr viele Unterkünfte besucht. Der Gastgeber ist sehr Tierfreundlich. Zusatzkosten für Haustiere betragen 60 PLN pro Nacht. Rechenbeispiel: bei 10 Tagen beträgt die Gebühr 140€ für ein Haustier. Bei einer Ankunft ist eine Schadenskaution von 500 PLN erforderlich. Das sind ungefähr 117€. Dafür ist die Unterkunft sauber.

Die Schlafcouch hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt.

Das die Mitarbeiter uns so verarschen und uns kein neues Zimmer gegeben haben das hat mir sehr gut gefallen das man über 1000 Euro bezahlt und ma. So verarscht wird

Das zinmer dreckig , Steckdose defekt STROMSCHLAGGEFAHR , BALKON DEFEKT ABSTURTZGEFAHR , IM RESTAURANT FALSCHES ESSEN BEKOMMEN ( ALLERGIE ESSEN ) Aufzug 2 Tage defekt Das Personal Wurde drauf hingewiesen, wir wurden vertröstet die Dame sagte wir kriegen ein neues Zimmer, bekamen wir nicht. Nochmal nachgefragt hieß es der Manager meldet sich auch das war nocht der fall!!!! Blick auf Garten ? FALSCH ES WAR EIN WALD WO WILDTIERE SIND UND KEINE RUHE HAT Sowas sieht das Zimmermädchen nicht? Das wir allergie Kinder haben, und Hunde Haare sowie ESSEN RESTE VON HUNDEN FINDEN IST NICHT NORMAL ! ICH werde mit meiner Rechtsschutz sprechen , denn ich will min. 40 % des Betrages zurück. Auch weil wir verarscht wurden , fahrlässiges verhalten der Mitarbeiter, und wir nixjt die volle zeit dort waren aufgrund der dreckigen wohnung mit Schäden Mängeln und Haaren von Tieren

Kurz Urlaub

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Couchbett war toll allerdings war die Matratze etwas durchgelegen ansonsten war das system super. Die Lage war gut. man war schnell am Strand, wenn man den richtigen Weg wusste. Personal war bemüht alles auf Deutsch zu erklären. Wenn man 15 min gelaufen ist hatte man auch gute Möglichkeiten verschiedenenes zu essen. Direkt an der Anlage war auch ein Restaurant. War auch lecker Portionen etwas kleiner. Das Waschbecken war verstopft aber wurde schnell behoben.

Die Parkplätze waren ein lotto Spiel an machen Tagen, aber wir haben immer einen bekommen. Sind aber nur so gefahren das wir meistens gegen frühen Abend wieder da waren. Der Spielplatz könnte etwas größer sein den indoorspielplatz haben wir nicht aus probiert. Auf dem Balkon stand eine Tasse mit Zigaretten wurden von den Putzfrauen übersehen. Habe ich selbst gemacht.

Tydzień w Kołobrzegu

Część basenowa jest dość duża można spokojnie popływać. Siłownia ma również wszystko co potrzebne. W miarę blisko do morza zgodnie z opisem. Jest winda. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, wyjątek ekspres do kawy niestety ciężko w okolicy kupić takie kapsułki!!!! Cały pobyt nie udało mi się na nie trafić.

Doba hotelowa kończy się o 10.00, basen otwierają o 9.00 więc ostatniego dnia z niego nie skorzystacie. Nie ma możliwości przedłużenia doby chyba, że chcecie zapłacić za cały następny dzień, obsługa w ogóle nie jest elastyczna. Przy takiej konkurencji w Kołobrzegu myślę, że to błąd. Tym bardziej, że w tej cenie można łatwo znaleźć coś innego. Bawialnia bardzo brudna, dywan do natychmiastowego wyprania. Sam apartament bardzie dla pary niż 4 osób, problem ze spaniem przede wszystkim, rozkładane kanapy bardzo niewygodne i ciasne. Osiedle ma też problem z przepełnionymi śmietnikami. W klatce obok był remont ale w takim osiedlu myślę że to się może zdarzyć.

Świetnie zorganizowany apartament, wygodny, czysty i świetnie wyposażony.

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja obiektu względem miasta i plaży- 5 minut spaceru na plażę, 15 minut do szerszej zabudowy usługowej. Wieczorem na osiedlu cicho i spokojnie. Osiedle zamknięte i chronione. Parking strzeżony, pośrodku osiedla silownia, basen, sauna i bawialnia dla dzieci. Basen czysty i podgrzewany. Silownia troszkę archaiczną, ale nieźle wyposażona. Sauna również doskonale działa. Z bawialni nie korzystaliśmy. Osiedle zamiecione, uporządkowane i zadbane. Tak samo części wspólne bloku, wyposażony w windę. Sam apartament przestronny, z dwiema sypialniami. W nowoczesnym stylu. Dodatkowo duzy salon z wyjściem na balkon i bardzo dobrze wyposażonym aneksem kuchennym- czajnik, piekarnik, ekspres przelewowy, duża ilość talerzy, szklanek, sztućców i przyrządów kuchennych. Czysto i schludnie. 2 toalety, prysznic i pralka w mieszkaniu. Na stanie mop, szczotka i deska do prasowania, co ułatwiło pobyt. Cena również przystępna jak na ostatnią chwilę i szczyt sezonu. Gorąco polecamy pobyt w tych apartamentach.

Jeden minus, zabraklo materaców do łóżeczka dla dziecka. Trzeba dzwonić wcześniej o takie informacje.

Super komplex. Opakovaně se sem vracíme. Tento apartmán kvůli úklidu bychom ale již nevyužili.

Sice jsem předtím v tomto apartmánu nebyli, ale v komplexu ano, takže jsme věděli, že je to tam velmi pěkné. Bazén i saunu jsme využívali téměř každý den. Tento apartmán byl otočený do silnice, ale byl tam klid a navíc slunečno. Apartmán byl prostorný včetně terasy. Měl navíc i jeden malý sklad, tak jsme dali kufry, koloběžky, věci na pláž... Cca 2 km pěšky pro čerstvé ryby do přístavu, obchody do 1 km.

Využívali jsme rozkládací gauč v obýváku. Při příjezdu nebyl rozložený a ustlaný. Když jsme si ho sami připravili, tak jsme zjistili, že v gauči je nepořádek. Lepší úklid apartmánu by byl potřeba.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub 🥰

Wir hatten Wohnung 306H im Haus 17H. Es war eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die mit viel Liebe eingerichtet war. Genau so, wie auf den Bildern der Website. Zu unserer Überraschung wurde seitens der Vermieter on top eine Strandausrüstung (Strandstühle, Sonnenschirm und Umrandung) zur Verfügung gestellt. Die hat uns die Strandaufenthalte extrem komfortabel gestaltet. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an die Vermieter! Den Pool und den Fitnessraum haben wir ebenfalls genutzt. Auch hier alles prima. Die zwei Saunen sahen auch super aus, haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt. Zur Gastro: wir haben in verschiedenen Restaurants gegessen und waren stets sehr zufrieden. Die Preise sind etwas günstiger als in Deutschland. Fortbewegung: In unmittelbarer Umgebung stehen viele E-Roller von Lime und Dott/Bolt zur Verfügung. Das war auch sehr praktisch muss ich sagen und für unsere Kinder super spaßig. Der Strand ist einfach der Hammer. Leider hatten wir von 10 Tagen nur 4 Tage Strandwetter, wofür aber die Unterkunft selbstverständlich nichts kann. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es ist Meckern auf höchstem Niveau…die Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden. ABER ich habe hohe Ansprüche und bin mir auch nicht zu fein selber zu putzen (dafür war auch alles vor Ort vorhanden). Der Filter des Staubsaugers war defekt, wurde aber nach unserer Meldung direkt vom Hausmeister behoben. Auch hier nochmal ein Dankeschön!

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Ideal für Hundebesitzer.

Sie war hundefreundlich und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit allem, was man braucht. Wir hatten einen schönen Balkon und eine Waschmaschine. Die Anlage ist in karreeform angelegt. In der Mitte befindet sich ein sehr schönes Fitnessstudio mit Sauna, was der Gast kostenlos nutzen kann. Von der nahe gelegenen Hauptstraße hört man nichts. Gleich hinter der Anlage ein wunderschöner Waldstreifen. Und dahinter die Ostsee. Also ideal gelegen für Hundebesitzer. Die Hunde dürfen mit an den Strand.

Das ganze Apartment war super modern, hell und sehr sauber. Die Räume sind durchweg sehr groß, es ist super viel Geschirr vor Ort. Wir hatten wundervolle Tage, trotz unbeständigem Wetter.

Es könnten etwas dunklere Vorhänge zusätzlich angebracht werden, da es abends und morgens sehr hell war. Aber das ist meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau.
