Breakfast was nice and delivered to the door. The appartment was nice and big.

We are vegetarians and asked if we could get vegetarian breakfast and they said yes but we only got vegetarian 1 out of 3 mornings.

Everything needed for the comfortable stay was privided in the apartment.The pool facilities were clean, nice and warm. We enjoyed our stay:)

Loved it and will almost certainly go back

Bed was very comfortable - pool area was excellent - gym was well equipped - location was a bit far from Kolobrzeg itself but that is a plus for us.

Only issue with the pool was that the chlorine levels were very high, but it is understandable in the current times and a pool area that is focused on families.

Spacious apartment, well equipped and comfortable for a longer stay. Swimming pool very nice, warm water and appropriate for a decent swimming. Great location. Overall, really nice stay, especially for families with children.

Not sound proofed, we could hear all kind of noises, babies crying, people going out/in from the elevator and outside the apartments. Curtains were very thin, morning light woke us up. Internet was very slow, sometimes impossible to use.

Parking is an issue, attached by a mad woman

Deluxe appartment; Jaccuzzy, the pool was nice and warm. Great location

We took deluxe appartment which was great, then we wanted to extend our stay. Deluxe was not available so we took standard appartment . Which was ok but very small. The sofa bed was very basic, very small kitchen, no microwave, basic utensils. The parking system needs alot of improvement,l. Apparantly the parking spaces are numbered but you need magnifying glasses to see these numbers especially as we arrived in the night, we were attached by a mad woman in the morning who was one of the owners of the appartments because we parked at her parking space she said. She was so aggressive and intimidating and really ruined our experience, despite appologising and trying to explain ourself. She demanded we pay her for that which we did but she was still following us to reception on our checking out and as we were leaving the compound. Her behaviour was really extraordinary and unpleasant

Resort stay with great facilities

Excellent location and close to beach. The property has a very nice swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The staff at the swimming pool is a bit rude but the facility was great. The apartment is like a resort where you can relax with family. The restaurant is also good and there is a bike rental service on the premise. Overall great time for family.

The reception staff doesn't speak English at all. Getting my allotted parking space was very difficult because someone else had occupied it and took almost 2 days to get my correct parking place. I kept asking for a crib for the baby but never got one. The facilities in the apartment in general are nice but it would be good to have a toaster in the kitchen and also basic toiletries (shower gel/shampoo) in the bathroom. The property never responds via booking.com messages or emails. You have to always only call them but if you don't speak Polish or Deutsch, its a problem !

Exceptional

Amazing place, nice, new, nicely decorated apartments. All in there, you do not need to worry about anything. Indoor pool is great for weaker weather, especially when with kids. Gym is a plus and bikes, too. Highly recommend.

There is one lifeguard at the swimming pool, who might be a bit nicer to the guests, rather than making comments, which are not in line with pool regulations at all.

It was very clean and really did meet our expectations, ladies at the reception were absolutely lovely, we were welcomed very nice. The beach is really close to the apartment which is a huge plus but the Molo were all the attractions are is about 3km away it’s a nice walk. Definitely would come and stay again !

Baaaardzo miły zimowy pobyt, bez nudy, wygodnie, przyjemnie i wszystko na wyciągnięcie ręki

Na wyróżnienie zasługują: czystość, praktyczność połączenia z basenem i jacuzzi i spa, restauracja, plac zabaw, ładny balkon, świetna obsługa, bliskość do morza, jakość obsługi i porządek tzn czystość genialnie, pościel pachnąca, pokoje przestronne, kuchnia też. Krzesełko jedno więcej by się przydało, skoro wiadomo było, ze wynajmuje 5 osób, mogło siedzieć tylko 4, a mieszkanie przystosowane na 6 osób... Dwie sauny praktycznie, aby nie stwarzać kolejek, spore jacuzzi, basen duży i na szczęście nie za głęboki 1.30m. woda troszkę przy chłodna, ale to tylko na początku, potem już się nie chce wychodzić.... Strefa silowni również nas usatysfakcjonowała, podobnie jak syn ucieszył się z sali zabaw. Jesteśmy zadowoleni, wrócimy i polecamy z całego serca!

Problemy z telewizją, ograniczoność kanałów, brak pewnych udogodnień jak w innych apartamentach, kostka do pralki, szampon, ręczniki do rąk i twarzy, niedogodność gniazdek, jak np była włączona pralka, nie bylo opcji włączyć suszarki, ale słabe punkty i tak są zdominowane pozytywnymi, wręcz szkoda nawet czasu na szukanie słabych punktów, jedyne co moze powinno być wypisane co znajduje się w apartamencie, a czego nie ma, aby można było zabrać z sobą... jesteśmy nauczeni np że jest herbata, kawa, cukier, woda, a tu było bardzo skromnie w temacie. Fajnie było by też znaleźć opis na stronie, że basen i spa są dostępne na miejscu, wystarczy pójść w szlafroku...

Ciepła woda w basenie dla dzieci, ratownik, basen ogólny duży. Blisko plaży, do żabki 750 metrów. Szum można słychać zaraz po wyjściu. Brama i bramki oraz wejście dobrze zabezpieczone kodem. Miła pomocna obsługa.

Zaliczka na poczet zniszczeń wysoka 500zl, zwrócona dopiero po wielu interwencjach i 3 tygodniach mimo deklaracji 3 dni.

Fajny apartament blisko morza.

Przestronny apartament, bardzo dobrze położony w spokojnej okolicy Kołobrzegu. Bardzo ciepły za co plus w zimowej pogodzie. Dostęp do strefy spa, siłowni. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Duży plus za miejsce garażowe. Polecam i na pewno chętnie wrócimy.

Ładny basen i brudne ściany w pokoju

Nieograniczony dostęp do basenu i sauny oraz możliwość przejścia w szlafroku z pokoju do budynku, w którym był basen. Pokój duży z kuchnią i dużą łazienka i dużym balkonem. Wygodne lóżko.Miła obsługa.

Kaucja 500 zł i jej sposób oddania dopiero po 3 dniach. Obsługa nie idzie z Tobą obejrzeć pokoju, ale jeśli nic nie zniszczyłeś to na pewno ci odda kaucję. Takie beznadziejne zasady wprowadz firma Balticon i nie winie za to obsługę, ale firmę która tym zarządza I traktuje każdego gościa jak wandala. A cena nie adekwatna do jakości. Zaniedbane meble. Wytarte zagłówki, brudne ściany, pęknieta płytka w łazience. Podniszczone listwy. W tej cenie ma się wyższe oczekiwania. Nawet największy pokój nie będzie ładny, jeśli ściany i meble będą zniszczone...

Alles toll bis auf die unangenehme Situation.

Die Unterkunft war schön groß, alles was man so braucht hatte man vor Ort.

Leider waren Gläser im Schrank dreckig, wir haben alles einmal gewaschen. Leider hatten wir im Balticon-Apartment eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung im Swimmingpool-Bereich. Ich trug einen Burkini, also zugelassene Badebekleidung, und wurde von den Sicherheitsmitarbeitern zunächst sehr unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass ich so keinen Zutritt zum Poolbereich hätte. Es kam zu einer unnötigen Diskussion, wobei der Tonfall des Sicherheitsmannes als leicht aggressiv empfunden wurde. Erst nachdem wir erklärt hatten, dass wir dies bereits im Vorfeld abgeklärt hatten und uns bestätigt wurde, dass es in Ordnung sei, wurde die Situation entschärft. Besonders unangenehm war diese Situation, da auch Kinder anwesend waren. Gerade in solchen Fällen sollte das Personal ruhig, respektvoll und professionell reagieren. Es wäre sehr wichtig, dass alle Mitarbeitenden einheitlich und klar darüber informiert sind, welche Badebekleidung erlaubt ist, um solche Vorfälle künftig zu vermeiden. Das Apartment selbst war in Ordnung, jedoch hat dieses Erlebnis den Gesamteindruck leider deutlich beeinträchtigt.

Wir kommen grundsätzlich gerne in das Objekt. Es ist Schade das es keine kosmetische Renovierung gibt.

Schönes Schwimmbad mit Sauna und Whirlpool. Es kommt bei genauem Hinsehen langsam etwas in die Jahre. Ein bisschen Farbe würde es tun.

Auf Grund weniger Gäste war der Whirlpool nicht immer in Betrieb. An einzelnen Stellen im Objekt ist das Alter bzw. der Zeitraum zur letzten Renovierung zu erkennen.

Bardzo polecam, byliśmy całą rodzinką i podobało się każdemu bez względu na wiek.

Apartament bardzo przestronny i świetnie wyposażony. W kuchni dostępne naczynia w większej ilości, ekspes do kawy, kawiarka, piekarnik,zmywarka i wiele innych, które umożliwiają swobodne przygotowanie posiłków. Lokalizacja zapewnia ciszę i możliwość pełnego odpoczynku. Co prawda apartamenty są oddalone od centrum miasta ale daje to mozliwość odbycia naprawdę przyjemnego spaceru. Świetnym rozwiązaniem jest basen oraz sauna, które co prawda znajdują się w innej części budynku ale swobodnie można do niego przejść w szlafroku bez potrzeby wychodzenia na zewnątrz oraz bez uiszczania dodatkowych opłat.

Kurzurlaub

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende hier, das Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern war echt spitze. Die ganze Anlage hat einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck gemacht. Der Poolbereich war auch sehr schön und sehr sauber. Der kurze Weg zum Strand von ca. 5 Minuten war ebenfalls sehr positiv. Hunde sind hier auch herzlich Willkommen.

Grundsätzlich hat uns alles gefallen. Das einzige wäre das man die Küchenausstattung ein bisschen auffüllen könnte Pfannenwender etc.
