Lokalizacja bardzo spokojna. Do morza blisko, ścieżki spacerowo-rowerowe. Śniadania mieliśmy we własnym zakresie, ale można było kupić i na wynos również w restauracji Agua Polanki, która jest połączona z budynkiem apartamentu.Nie było potrzeby jechać do centrum po to żeby coś zjeść. W apartamencie część sypialna z dużym łóżkiem i dużą szafą z tekewizorem, z wyjściem na duży balkon, część wypoczynkowa z rozkładaną sofą, również dużą szafą i telewizorem, z wyjściem na balkon, część kuchenna dobrze urządzona w której można przygotowywać posiłki, ze stołem i krzesłami, część gospodarcza z suszarką, z odkurzaczem i innymi sprzętami do sprzątania. Łazienka z prysznicem i pralką.
