A good place by the sea, with some drawbacks that need to be fixed.

Convenient location, only 500 m from the sea. Spacious enough apartments for a family of 4. The balcony is like a small terrace where you can watch the sunset.

The refrigerator is very small, so it is not suitable for family needs. At least a couple of times there was a smell of sewage coming from outside, so we had to urgently close the windows. Unstable internet connection.

Nie korzystaliśmy ze śniadań .Stołowaliśmy się poza tym hotelem.

Brak podstawowych środków czystości w toalecie np.odświeżacza powietrza,płynu do mycia kabiny prysznicowej oraz brak papieru do wytarcia stołu w kuchni.

Atrakcyjny apartament, jednak istotnym minusem była niska temperatura wewnątrz.

Apartament jest przestronny, co zdecydowanie działa na korzyść komfortu pobytu. Na duży plus zasługuje również wysoki poziom czystości oraz dobre, kompletne wyposażenie. Dodatkowym atutem obiektu jest dostępność basenu oraz strefy SPA, które są ujęte w ofercie kompleksu. Należy jednak pamiętać, że strefa SPA jest dodatkowo płatna – koszt 50 zł za osobę za wejście może wydawać się wysoki, choć nie jest to zależne od właściciela apartamentu.

Największym minusem pobytu był komfort termiczny. Ogrzewanie było ograniczone odgórnie, a brak realnej możliwości samodzielnego ustawienia temperatury do własnych potrzeb znacząco obniżał komfort pobytu. Rzeczywista temperatura w apartamencie wynosiła około 18–19°C, co jest wyraźnie poniżej poziomu komfortu termicznego, szczególnie w okresie zimowym.

Ogólny wygląd salonu i sypialni robi wrażenie. Ładny balkon. Mieszkanie dobre latem.

Łazienka a konkretnie toaleta. Poklejona deska wyglądała obskurnie. Do tego inne dodatki w łazience. W mieszkaniu temperatura 19 stopni. Przyjechałam jak już bylo ciemno. Brak herbaty i kawy. W opisie ekspres ale kapsułek brak. W pobliżu nie ma sklepu nawet Żabki.

Świetne miejsce na wypoczynek! Apartament czyściutki, nowoczesny i w pełni wyposażony. Lokalizacja idealna — dosłownie kilka minut do plaży. Kontakt z właścicielem szybki i bezproblemowy. Z przyjemnością wrócę ponownie i zdecydowanie polecam.

Nie wieder polnische Ostsee

Die Nähe zur Ostsee

Kaffeemaschine war mit Kapseln was nicht vermerkt war. Diese Kapseln waren aber nicht im Supermarkt zu erwerben. Der Kühlschrank hat ein offenes Gefrierfach, das total zugefroren war. Dadurch ist selbst die Milch im Kühlschrank gefroren. Man konnte ihn nicht reinstellen. Wurst und Käse waren gefroren. Zur Selbstversorgung überhaupt nicht geeignet. Es gab noch nicht mal ein Backofen nur 2 Herdplatten und eine Microwelle. Das Frühstück ist unverschämt teuer und kostet 18 Euro pro Person selbst für Kinder. Weit weg von allen nur mit Auto zu erreichen um was essen zu gehen. Außerdem ist alles sehr teuer. Kostet genausoviel wie in Deutschland. Wir haben den Urlaub nach 3 Tagen abgebrochen

Super lokalizacja blisko do plaży super wypoczynek na rowerach spacery. Apartament utrzymany w czystości.

Lodówka faktycznie mini lodówka brak głębokich talerzy w aneksie kuchennym. Deszczownica pod prysznicem uszkodzona. Zalecałbym wymianę narożnika bo już niestety wysłużony. Kontakt w większości smsowy ale dobry. No i faktycznie w podobnych obiektach jest basen w cenie tutaj nie.

Wir hatten trotz ein paar Kleinigkeiten schöne Tage in Kolberg

Die Zimmer sehr schön bin zwar nicht so für Teppich aber darüber kann man hinweg sehen. Die Mitarbeiter an der Bar sehr freundlich 👍🏻 Eine schöne Anlage.

Ein paar Sachen müssten eventuell erneuert werden ,die Damen an der Rezeption waren alle sehr unfreundlich die letzte meinte zu uns die wäre nicht für unsere persönlichen Belange zuständig ( bei der Frage nach einem Taxiunternehmen) da die Anlage von der Innenstadt schon etwas weiter weg war.

Przestronny apartament z dużym balkonem, bardzo wygodne łóżko, kuchnia przyzwoicie wyposażona, miłym zaskoczeniem były różnego rodzaju kieliszki do napojów. Lokalizacja fantastyczna, blisko do dobrze zagospodarowanej i ładnej plaży. Apartament prywatny w obiekcie hotelowym, plus za brak check-in/-out, co w tym obiekcie mogłoby trwać długo, bo cały hotel jest dość duży. Recepcja hotelu do dyspozycji - przyjazna i pomocna. W odległości 100m trzy dobre restauracje, w tym hotelowa. Bardzo czysto. Kontakt z właścicielem apartamentu dobry. Polecam.

Można inaczej nazwać sieć wifi, bo na liście jest kilkanaście sieci o bardzo podobnej nazwie i trudno było znaleźć właściwą.

Tagsüber immer Lärm - Kein Wäscheständer für nasse Klamotten, wäre praktisch nach dem Strand oder Pool - Internet nicht zu gebrauchen - Staubsauger stinkt, nicht nutzbar - zu kleiner Kühlschrank wenn man als Familie kommt - Decken Dusche - veraltet/rostig. Kommt mehr Wasser an der Seite raus als runter auf den Kopf - kein Kontakt zum Vermieter

Zimmer gut, Internet und Zusatzleistungen eher ausgeglichen

Das Zimmer hatte eine gute größe für 3 Personen. Wir haben sogar deutsches Fernsehen rein bekommen, wenn auch manchmal mit paar Rucklern. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, es sind nur wenige Minuten Laufweg bis zum Strand. Wenn man ins Zentrum der Stadt möchte sollte man mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto fahren. Zu Fuß läuft man eine Stunde, was OK ist, aber täglich doch etwas weit.

Das Zimmer gehört leider nicht mit zum Hotel, sondern ist wie eine Ferienwohnung in einem Hotel. Deshalb hat man zu den ganzen Aktivitäten im Hotel nur mit Bezahlung Zugang, wie zum Schwimmbereich. Fahrräder direkt vom Hotel bekommt man dadurch auch nicht, sondern muss zum Stand gegenüber gehen und sich ein Fahrrad für 50 zloty pro Tag ausleihen. Das WLAN war leider eine Katastrophe. Auf meinem Handy ging es am Anfang dann nicht mehr und nur selten wieder. Bei den IPhones von meinen Freunden ging es eigentlich überhaupt nicht. Der Fernseher war leider kein Smart TV, was das Programm nur auf Fernsehen beschränkt hat, aber da wir deutsches Fernsehen rein bekommen haben, war es in Ordnung. Das Frühstück kostet 70 Zloty pro Person und man muss es jeden Tag neu bezahlen. Man kann nicht für den kompletten Aufenthalt bezahlen.

Goed hotel in rustige gedeelte van Kołobrzeg.

Het appartement is ruim en schoon. Je kan in het hotel fietsers huren.

Niet alle personeel van de receptie was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Privé gasten moeten voor het gebruik van het zwembad per keer, per persoon ( dus niet per dag) 50 zł betalen. Voor het hotel zijn 2 gratis invalidenparkeerplaatsen die vrijwel constant bezet waren. Maar op het parkeerterrein van het hotel zijn nog 2 invalideparkeerplaatsen ( die waren vrij) maar voor die plaatsen moet je 60 zł per dag betalen, ondanks dat je in bezit van het invalidepaarkeerkaart bent. Het dichtbij zijnde strand is voor mindervalide moeilijk te bereiken. ( tap)

- brak parkingu nawet za dopłatą 60/doba nie było możliwości zaparkowania na terenie obiektu. Parkowanie tylko na parkingach publicznych na których też nie było miejsc a opłata również 60zł/doba. Udało się zaparkować 700m od obiektu - lodówka, jak na apartament to bardzo mała i w dodatku nie mroziła niestety, lód się topił - bardzo zaniedbane tarasy, szyby pokryte zielonym nalotem, mało to estetyczne
