Great location for our language course. Excellent transport links by tram 20 minutes from the centre of Bordeaux. Excellent boulangerie across the street.

L’appartement est confortable, bien équipé, la déco est sympa, la résidence est sécurisée, tout comme le parking protégé par une barrière. En novembre, je n’ai pas vraiment profité du balcon, mais c’est un vrai plus pour d’autres saisons. L’ascenseur nous amène au troisième étage et c’est bien agréable lorsqu’on a une valise.
L’appartement est situé du côté de la résidence qui longe les voies de tram. Les passages de tram sont fréquents même sur le début de la nuit, ce qui est un peu bruyant pour les gens comme moi, habitués au calme de la campagne. En revanche, c’est un avantage de pouvoir prendre le tram pratiquement au pied de l’immeuble.

J'ai eu des difficultés à ouverir la boite à clefs. Elle refusait de s'ouvrir, mais j'avais appuyé que d'un côté au lieu d'appuyer des 2 cotés
