Convenient for station and town and offered washing machine and wi-fi
Hosts late insistence on personal details before giving door code - against Booking.com rules

Very helpful host. Good location to stay a single night.
There was very little ventilation. The entrance was on a busy street with narrow sidewalk. High table and benches were not useful for a meal — two were broken. If two people sit on the sofa, there is nowhere that the third person can sit to share a meal.
