Location was amazing as was the setup. There was plenty of space and we took the trouble to explore the local area even though we only stayed for one night. We saw deer and heard the owls at night. Wheelbarrows to move things was helpful. Lovely to see excellent play facilities for the children (not that we brought any). A central block of toilet facilities was ideal. Never had to queue. Like minded people were friendly. Lovely and quiet place just to be.
The two person tent was smaller than my wife anticipated. You couldn't stand up inside and most of the area was taken up by the mattress. The central communal area had a stove, but this was used by many and heating water up took time, particularly whilst others were making breakfast for a large number. An extra facility would be beneficial.

Lovely bell tents, good quality - nice facilities, everything you needed, great communication- made for a lovely stay! (Even the wheelbarrows were fantastic!)
Some lights on the guy ropes would be helpful, children (and adults) were tripping over them in the dark. Lovely touch that there are products in the shower to use (assuming due to soak away its best to use their products) but there wasn’t any shower gel left. Another shower or two would be helpful as there are only two on site.

I liked that they had a little childrens play area and the toilet facilities right next to the camp.
One of the main features of the experience, having a bbq provided by the hosts, was suddenly removed day before we arrived so instead of the hosts making a plan for us they told us we had to bring our own gas stoves/gas bbq. This also meant we had no source for heat so once the sun went down we had to lock ourselves up in the tent. I also didn’t like that we were booked in a tent that was in between groups of people that knew each other which made the experience very akward for us.

The tents were spaced far enough apart that these were still private. Even though there was a bbq ban when we went due to the hot, dry weather there were gas bbqs set up for us to use in the communal area. Inside the tent was spacious and the bed was very comfy! We’re planning on coming back next year as it was so lovely!
The toilets were clean but the lights weren’t always working, but this was a very minor issue.

Great place to take small children, felt very safe letting them run around and they loved the play equipment provided
The showers weren’t guaranteed to be warm

Both showers had no gas at some point. Toilet roll ran out. No handwash. Told the code for our tent and it already had someone’s stuff in there. Dried dog poo all over the field. No light in the toilets during the day so it was pitch black. No batteries in the light in the tent so it was pitch black. Toilet and shower locks were nearly impossible to do as they didn’t line up. Id say this is very basic camping, certainly not glamping.

Great solar charging packs, if they ran out it was no problem for owners to swap. Showers were hot, one cold but was being fixed (used on a hot day) very refreshing! Cold showers set you up!
Solar lights didn’t always work in toilets- batteries needed checking in tent ⛺️

We had a lovely stay overall. The bell tent itself was beautiful, and the mattresses were very comfortable. I also appreciated the option of extra blankets in the communal tent, which was a thoughtful touch.
The children loved the playground, which was a definite highlight.
I had read that battery packs were provided in tents, though sadly we didn’t have one in ours. It didn’t affect our trip too much, but it would have been nice to have.
The shower facilities were a bit mixed — there was only one hot shower, and it only ran hot for one of our turns; the rest of the time it was cold. On the plus side, the toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) were lovely. The toilets, however, were extremely dark even during the day, so we had to leave the door slightly open to be able to see. The map also showed two sets of showers, but in reality only one was on site.
The biggest disappointment was the cooking setup. I completely understand why coal BBQs weren’t allowed, but with 16 tents and only 3 gas BBQs, there simply weren’t enough. On our first night, the BBQs were taken over by large groups all evening, which meant we couldn’t cook at all. The second night we ended up going out for dinner, which wasn’t ideal with kids and not really the camping experience we were hoping for. Cooking together is half the fun of a trip like this, so it was a real letdown.
Overall, we were glad we only booked for two nights — the tents and setting were great, but the lack of BBQ availability and shower/toilet setup did affect the experience. With a few improvements, it could be fantastic.

we weren't as prepared, but we were happy with the experience, liked the place to brush teeth, the communial tent
not that we didn't like, but it would help if you do say that the post code is not the exact location, please look out for our sign as we saw the sign, but the postcode took us way out another 10 min as we thought there was maybe another entrance

Lovely, secure but simplistic setting that was family orientated. We met several other like-minded families and socialised with them.

We have a great stay. I stayed with my 2 kids and the 3 person tent was spacious and comfortable. The site itself is great with nice toilets/showers, a playground and a communal tent which was lovely. So much space between the tents. Would love to come back with a group of friends.
Only one pillow each so would have brought our own if I had known. The lights in the toilets only come on at night so you need to take a torch with you in the day time.

Lovely quiet location with great forest access.
Unfortunately bed was very soft. Two man tent, very small not much room around the bed. Benches not outside 2person tent. No fire/ BBQ by tent

No Gas in BBQs which was an ongoing problem. Email with gate code had not been sent via email when we arrived. No lights in toilets with no natural light.

The site was set out really well, lovely comfortable tents with nice extra touches like a lamp and battery pack. The communal tent had a great cosy, modern feel and the toilet block was cleverly designed and pretty covered in flowers.
No complaints, it was great.

The tents were nicely spaced providing privacy. Nice and quiet in the evening.
Few additional showers, toilets and sinks on the other side of the field would have been perfect. Most people did not return the wheelbarrows to the car park once they've finished using them so difficult to carry belongings to your tent. Perhaps it would help to make it clear to everyone to return them after use (it's a matter of courtesy but clearly not that obvious to everyone).

Great location, clean facilities, loved all the hay bales and bbq! Thanks for providing the spatula. Nicole and partner were very helpful and friendly. We’ll come again!
I thought the tents could have been seperated out a little more, given theres lots of space left in the field. This would give guests just that little extra privacy, for that glamping experience, especially with kids and dogs running about. The wash up sink could use a few more brushes/sponges for washing up.

The tents were lovely and the surroundings too.
The catering tent was not ready, we were told a complimentary coffee/tea station would be available but it wasn't. Before our stay it wasn't specified the toilets were portable (only 2 for the whole site) and they were very far. We had no power bank the first day, when then we got it we could charge only one phone at a time. Even though a lot was missing, they still made us pay for the BBQ hire (it was only 10£ but it would've been a nice gesture). I wouldn't call it glamping, for that price you should get way more comforts. It was like wild camping but with a nice tent.
