We just adore this stylish home, perfectly located to explore the charming town of Christchurch and the golden sandy beaches of Bournemouth.. Ground Floor:
Living room/kitchen: Freeview Smart TV, Breakfast Bar, Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine
Dining room.
First Floor:
Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. 1 small dog welcome. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. The location is ideal as a base for exploring Christchurch with its famous priory, and the two rivers that run through this charming town. River fishing is also available. There are a good selection of pubs and eateries, along with a cinema and independent shops. There are also 5* restaurants close by. Take a stroll along the quay with waterside dining and a ferry that can take you across Christchurch Harbour to Mudeford, or if you fancy, there is electric scooter hire locally. Mudeford Quay is popular for sailing, fishing, kayaking and windsurfing enthusiasts, or a place to simply stroll the prom. Dorset is known for its Jurassic Coastline which stretches a distance of 96 miles from Exmouth to Studland Bay near Bournemouth. A little further afield you will find The New Forest National Park with free roaming ponies, donkeys and cattle. There are numerous villages and towns within the New Forest; a truly wonderful place to explore. Beach 3 miles.
