I absolutely loved Bay Lodge, especially its close proximity to the beach. The staff provided excellent service, the breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious, and the accommodation was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Overall, a wonderful stay—I would highly recommend Bay Lodge!

Very clean, beautiful view (we were upgraded to African Oceans their sister property) excellent breakfast, wonderful staff, fabulous bathtub!

The hotel is more near rather than on a beach, there is a stairway down to a beach. The beach was not usable on our stay because of the tides. Breakfast ok but the cereal was stale.
Previous guests rubbish still in the room when we arrived, tea and coffee tray had not replenished, insects in the jacuzzi (we cleaned it ourselves), insects in the fruit at breakfast. Sheets were clean but the room itself had not been cleaned properly.
