Great Location, Average Place

The location in the old town is excellent. The beach is easily accessible, as is the promenade and a wide range of restaurants. The studio is decently equipped and the bed is comfortable. Overall, the studio conforms to the listing.

The studio could do with a deep and thorough clean, as well as a refresh of the kitchen and bathroom. The studio lacked natural light. The owner lives above the studio and can be a little too interested in young solo female travellers. Finally, the wifi was down my last two days there due to the bill not having been paid.

Definitely not recommended!

The owner was nice, offered me a bottle of water and a beer.

The room was terribly dirty. The owner did not clean the room after the previous guest, and was preparing the room with me inside - changing the trash cans, getting new towels, and getting new sheets that were not dry and was expected for me to change the sheets. The rest of the room was dirty, and needed a deep clean! I had to clean the door knobs, the shower and the sink because I was not feeling comfortable. The door lock was really old and did not feel safe. I had a reservation for 2 nights and had to leave early. When I contacted the owner he told me that it was my fault because I arrived sooner that I told him. (note: I said I would arrive at 7pm. Arrived early, but he only arrived at 6h55 pm. He still wouldn't have time to clean the apartment properly).

Excellent spot in a beautiful town with all the facilities you needed

The location was excellent, right in the old town and had everything you need there. Katerina was so lovely and so helpful, she lives close so was able to help with anything or any questions I had

It was excellent for solo travelling but bed was a bit creaky so even though it’s available for two people you might need earplugs haha

Nightmare

Absolutely nothing

I had a terrible experience in an appartement booked through your website, me and my sister as your customer thout that we could trust your site with our safety! We thought hat you would allow people to sell on your website only if you were certain that the basic safety of your costumer was respected, unfortunately this is not the case since THE APPARTEMENT WE BOOKED DID NOT HAVE A LOCK AND IT WAS EASY TO BE OPENED FROM OUTSIDE , by introducing a hand to the locker from the cracked window on the door, this problem was covered with a piece of fabric despising the broken door with it as it was an ornament. This is very dangerous and unacceptable! since the place of the " apartment " was not very safe. The same day of the check-in since a shady man was following us back home at 23:44 we had to ask to a police man to escort us to the appartement to collect bag left there at 20:00. Once we arrived the door was not closing properly (as you can see yourself from the attached photo). That led us to leave the "appartement" immediately in extreme fear, my sister even had a panic attack! The 4 days planned to relax turned in to a nightmare! And this is not all. Unfortunately once we checked in the "appartement" was beyond dirty as you can see from the picture I attached: 1) kitchen sink was dirty and it has remains of leftover food. 2) The stove were electric and it was impossible to use since once you turn it on the power shutdown. 2) Bugs everywhere even the beddings were full of bugs and dirt on the bad sheet we found pubic hair! ( When we told that to the host, she replied that it was not that serious and that she will shange them later on ...) 3) bathroom extremely dirty 4) No AC available as stated on your website 5) washing machine not present as stated. 6) the toilet paper was dirty with blood. 7) we even found mouse poop on the floor. 8) last and not least there wasn't any WiFi.

Mi è piaciuta l'arte medievale... ironicamente... Ma il proprietario è simpatico e disponibile

È una caverna allestita a stanza...mancano solo il bue e l' asinello... struttura difficile da trovare e non accessibile ai cardiopatici (ci sono talmente tanti scalini per raggiungere che sembra di fare una scalata)

La disponibilité de la persons l'amabilité le respect le service quand je suis arrive ..le cafe mis en dispositions le service la bouteille d'eaux les infos sur la ville de Menton surs les restos le confort ,fantastique toute étais parfait je recommandes assurément cette studio appart pour passe la nuit ou pours les vacances la qualité la disponibilité les service tout et parfait dans cette lieux anciens et historique de la ville très romanesque et unique a Menton

Host, disponibile e piacevole. Autentica la casa per il contesto in cui si trova.

La struttura ha solo una piccolissima finestra quindi ha un po’ di umidità all’interno. Ci ha messo però a disposizione un ventilatore che ci ha permesso di dormire bene. la casa é un po’ da rivedere, può fare un bel salto di qualità se solo si volesse.

Le logement se trouvant dans le vieux Menton l’accès se faisait par des escaliers très raides

Le était une cave exiguë,le lit datait d’une autre époque matelas en mousse rapiécé,l’accès au lit est trop étroit.Obligation de conserver la lumière toute la journée,plaques de cuisson HS micro onde Hs ,cumulus réglé au minimum d’ou 3jours de douche à l’eau froide très peu de vaisselle un petite table pas de rangement pour les vêtements.Le descriptif ne correspond pas à la réalité.Pour toutes ces raisons nous sollicitons le remboursement d’une partie du séjour

Posizione in zona tranquilla, caratteristica e storica. Se l’appartamento fosse tenuto meglio risulterebbe anche carino.

Moltissimi problemi, elenco i principali: - posizione non facile da trovare, e difficoltosa da raggiungere con valige (andrebbe specificato nella descrizione) - letto molto cigolante - struttura sporca, lavandino in condizioni pessime, carta igienica quasi finita e inumidita, barattolo di sapone finito lasciato lí, birra finita nel bidone - piano cottura troppo vecchio - nella descrizione è scritto fronte spiaggia ma non è cosi (nonostante la spiaggia sia effettivamente vicina)

Très déçues de ce logement.

L'emplacement du logement est proche de la plage et du centre ville.

Le logement est difficile à trouver. Les indications ne nous ont pas aidé. (2h30 à essayer de trouver) Impossible de se garer excepté sur des places payantes ou parking sous terrain. Les personnes à mobilité réduite auront du mal à accéder du fait qu'il y ait que des escaliers. Pas d'équipements de bases renouvelés (gel douche, liquide vaisselle, savon pour les mains).

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt.

Die Wohnung ist ohne sehr viel fremde Hilfe nicht zu finden. Außerdem ist es dort wirklich nicht sauber. Das WLAN funktioniert nicht. Das Bett ist für große Menschen zu klein und quietscht bei jeder Bewegung. Das Fenster kann nicht geschlossen werden. Ich habe mich dort nicht wohl gefühlt.

La posizione

Il locale è buio e angusto c'è solo una piccola finestra che però è bloccata, la porta d'ingresso tiene su per miracolo ma la cosa peggiore è il LETTO che è molto stretto, corto e rumoroso cigolante... Impossibile dormirci sopra abbiamo trascorso una notte terribile sembrava il letto della mia bisnonna. E come se non bastasse è impossibile farci il giro intorno è bloccato da tre lati quindi bisogna passare sopra l'altra persona. È fornito di una piccolissima cucina nella quale però è impossibile anche fare un piatto di pasta in quanto è presente solo una piccola padella. La pulizia lascia a desiderare...

Logement dans une impasse, de toutes petites ruelles (bémol à préciser pour d'autres : nombreux escaliers) Mme proposant des HE pour couvrir l'odeur de tabac - Elle n'a pas nié Couette propre apportée sans rechignement par Mme - un seul drap disponible -

Hôte ne répondant pas à mes messages par mail ou téléphone, j'annonçais arriver en avance par rapport à l'heure annoncé Je comprends que de cela découle des changements ou impossibilités mais qu'on me le dise sans me faire poireauter et m'expliquer que eux travaillent alors que moi je suis en vacances : son époux/compagnon a lu mes messages (sur le site) mais n'y a pas répondu et une fois présent m'a dit que je n'avais pas à être là, il était trop tôt, il m'a dit de me balader car ils devaient faire le ménage Logement dans une cave, j'avais lu un commentaire mais je ne le pensais pas sale et insécurisé Ménage fait de manière expéditive (un coup de balais vite fait, jet d'eau et petit coup d'éponge dans la douche, drap changé mais anciennes taies laissées sur place, frigo non vidé de restes), j'ai signalé les toilettes sales, l'évier sale pour ne pas être accusée par la suite Odeur de tabac présente même si on m'a assuré que personne n'avait fumé malgré le cendrier présent Chasse d'eau déffectueuse, signalée, réparée mais de nouveau deffectueuse par la suite (j'ai du me retenir toute la soirée et nuit pour ne pas laisser des toilettes souillées) -> écoulement d'eau toute la nuit (niveau sonore et écologique....)
