It’s an amazing location, with an exceptional view if the lake

Perfect view at lake Como and pier with yachts, perfect location. Also we found a compliment box in kitchen, which includes water, cookies, a bottle of very fine white wine and some little things.
Dark staircase, annoying and hard smell of “home fragrance” which caused headache among some guests and didn’t disappear even after 3 days. Looks like owners tried to hide smell of “old housing”.

Big property once you found it
Difficult to access information whilst traveling, it assumes you have capability to download large volumes of instructions. No wifi facilities which is a surprise given amount you pay and no air conditioning either

Localisation idéale, beaucoup de lieux accessibles à pied facilement. Calme la nuit malgré la proximité des restaurants.
Cuisine assez petite.
Malgré les ventilateurs, difficile de rafraîchir les jours de canicule.
