Mansarda in centro Menaggio con spiaggia privata e possibilità garage

Excellent contact avec Gaelle qui est très professionnelle et réactive. L'appartement est confortable et très bien placé pour aller visiter le centre ou accéder au terminal des ferry L'appartement est grand, très propre, et merci pour le cadeau de bienvenue dans le frigo :) La possibilité de bénéficier d'un espace de parking privé ( avec supplément)

Le niveau de prestation attendu avec un tel tarif ne correspond pas au standing de la salle de bain ( douche protégée avec un rideau) Il est sous les toits, en mansarde comme indiqué. Il faut donc s'attendre à monter 4 ou 5 étages à pied. Il n'y a pas de vue depuis l'appartement, bruit de la route La plage privée avait dicté mon choix de ce logement mais elle était d'une propreté moyenne et cela ne nous a absolument pas donné envie de nous y installer.

A szállásadó segítőkészsége. Az hogy ez egy komplett lakás volt és nem csak egy szoba aggyal. Az elhelyezkedése, közel mindenhez (buszmegálló, hajóállomás, főtér, tó). A kilátás is gyönyörű volt (a kis ablakokon keresztül).

Aki télen megy, annak nehezen felfűthető (légkondis fűtés/hűtés van). Kicsik az ablakok, de annál szebb a kilátás (de ezt tudtuk előre).

Hosts were available by what’s app and gave thorough instructions for check in etc. They offered help and assistance to us if we needed it. They let us put our bags in a small storage closet to go to breakfast (not included) after check out at 10 am. The AC was good. We had requested an early check in through Booking.com and it had been approved but we also were notified by the owners that we could check in early.

Whether it’s a Booking.com issue or the owners’ posting, this is essentially an attic top floor - many many steps up-no elevator- small flat with a tiny obstructed view of the lake out a small bedroom window. The place is lacking what we have come to expect from a rental of this price ($333 plus Italian taxes) There was no soap, gel, shampoo in the shower- only one hand soap dispenser. The towels are not soft and there are no wash clothes. There was one roll of TP only. There was no milk or cream for the coffee and no tea kettle, only a rustic Italian coffee maker that is used on the stove.
