Spacious apartment in the 1st line from the lake, close to the main square of the town and a ferry stop. The view from the balcony is perfect. It's easy to find a parking spot within the range of 5-10 minutes walk. Generally, the flat looks better than it is showed on the photos. Keys are to pick up from the nearby office.

It's kinda difficult to get which switch is connected to which lamp, but it's not a big problem. Furnishing (e.g. shower, sink) might have been newer. Anyway, everything worked properly.

Lack of lighting in hallway.With a step down it is dangerous, grateful staff forwarned me, but owner NEEDS TO FIX ASAP. Unit had a fan but no way to use it since prior occupants took adapter..no AC so would have been nice to have. Bed somewhat comfy but please get new pillows, 4 of them, not just 2..the ones there are flat

The Marina apartment is one of the best that we have stayed in over many years. The central location made it perfect to access all of the restaurants and other amenities in the town. The apartment was exceptionally well presented - every room had a stunning view over the lake, with a small balcony to enjoy the vista. The furnishings were of high quality and whilst not to all tastes certainly made the apartment feel homely and gave you a true experience of life in an Italian home. The kitchen is well appointed and incredibly clean, with every possible piece of kitchen equipment you could think of. The pots, pans and shallow pan had recently been replaced and sharp knives were available to prepare food. We asked if we could borrow a kettle and toaster and this was provided without issue. There was information on the noticeboard to help with the sorting of refuse into appropriate containers. This didn't include glass, which needed to be taken up toward the glass bins on the way to the supermarket. The bathroom was very clean, with plenty of counter space for toiletries and cosmetics. Towels were of good quality and enough were provided. There is a washing machine in the bathroom for convenience, if travelling for any length of time, with a drying rack that could be placed outside. There was plenty of space in the bedroom for storage and the bed was comfortable. We found the road a little intrusive on the first night, but subsequently we closed the windows and used the fan provided so had excellent sleep. Contact with LoveComo was very good, and they responded quickly with any questions and requests. Overall, we would really like to stay here again. It was a treat to wake up each morning to the exceptional lake view and watch the world go by. The apartment does front a single carriage way road into the town, but for us this added to its charm as we watched expensive cars drive by and the boats come and go from the boat stop. Many thanks.

Some extra information in the apartment about how things functioned would have been useful. Once we had sorted out that the boiler needed to be switched on using a switch in the kitchen we enjoyed piping hot water. Everything else was excellent.

Lovely view

There was much to much furniture, most very old, sofas were dirty and worn. No sharp knives for cooking. The whole place should be upgraded.
