The apartment is very central, its opposite the Church in Menaggio. There are many restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the apartment. The ferry is less than 10 minutes walk, with boats to Bellagio, Varenna and many other locations around Lake Como. Buses, are plentiful and cheap. There is a Conad supermarket 5 minutes from the apartment.
The electricity went off suddenly for almost a whole day. We were not able to contact the hosts. It came back in the evening, but it was unsettling as we not sure why this happened. We were told the owner would come and have a look, but we didn't see him.

Wash machine has no dryer. The towels should be replaced. They are too old. One of the bath towels has yellow stains all over, it looks like a painting rags. (Didn’t use it, used the hair towel instead for a five-day stay).

De locatie van het appartement is fantastisch! Het zit tegenover een kerkje maar als je de ramen dicht hebt, hoor je dat bijna niet. Je zit midden in het centrum maar hebt het toch relatief rustig. Alles is modern en fantastisch ingericht. De douche is echt hemels. Ik zou t iedereen aanraden!
Wij geven de eigenaren advies om iets eerder zelf contact op te nemen ipv dat je erom moet vragen. Toen we eenmaal contact hadden, verliep het super!

Location was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was a good size and we enjoyed the rainfall shower. All round a great property.
