You can't beat the view and location. I spent almost every minute of the day looking out of the lovely windows over the rooftops and Lake Como. Really beautiful apartment and it has a full kitchen with everything you need. Lovely sofa and a minute to walk to the center of Menaggio. Could not fault the location or the flat.

I was stressing a little bit about the waste disposal as you have 4 bins and separate glass. The T&Cs state that waste disposal is not included but we struggled to find the bottle bank (despite hearing int) and after I took all waste into the car, the lady told me to leave it at the entrance. Would have been nicer to include this in our charges, less stress. The only other thing is the noise levels. The church bells start at 8 am right next to the bedroom and you can hear the bottle bank and other traffic early in the morning. But I would still stay here again just for the views.

Die Wohnung hat Charme, Vittoria ist sehr herzlich, der Ausblick ist genial, die Lage top, die Ausstattung der Wohnung nicht neu und das Mülltrennungssystem ein Rätsel.

The property is in a fantastic location - close to town and not steep streets to navigate to get to it. Also free parking out the front if you can obtain a parking space which we managed to do. Apartment is clean and spacious and great view

Unfortunately there is a cigarette smoke smell that permeates the apartment - while it is a non smoking apartment - people smoke on the balcony below - heavy smokers and you cannot escape the smell - even if you keep windows closed! Really off putting for non smokers

Air con is really necessary bit discovered it not in a lot of places. The apartment is very crammed for 4 adults. The pull out bed is perfect for children u12 not an 18 and 21 yrs old. Double bed was comfortable
