We were terribly disappointed and would never choose this hotel again.

The only good thing was the location of this hotel - right on the main pedestrian street

The staff did not comply with us in an emergency case of cancellation of the reservation, the room did not meet the photos and our expectations, it was narrow and the view was beyond criticism - inter-block space - dark and unfavorable

It’s not a hotel with a roof floor. Its a roof. But despite using roof as a marketing argument it has rooms with no actual panorama or not even a real window. Very small room.

Quite decent

The hotel is located in the very centre, just between the cental square and the main walking street, the best cafés and restaurants just outside the building. The reception desk works from 7 to 22 with two very kind girls who explain everything and meet you with a smile each time you pass by. Definitely very convenient and pleasant.

The room might require some cosmetics. The convection heater could be cleaned from inside at least once a year.

Convenient to city centre restaurants and entertainment. In the pedestrianised area. The staff were first class and very helpful. Excellent value.

2 star hotel in center of Belgrad

Located right in the city center if Belgrad. The rooftop view is great.

The rooftop is open only until 10 PM and after that they close the door. The rooms are small and the walls are dirty, they look just like they were splashed with something. It’s noisy but that’s is when you stay in the city center. Is you want to drink something from the rooftop you have to buy it from them which is not cheap. The bathroom essentials are vey cheap and the soap is located down in the shower, and if you don’t want to wash your head it is impossible as you have to get down to get the soap as it doesn’t have a support for essentials.

Amazing and unassuming little hotel atop a stylish old building in the center of town. The staff was lovely, the view incredible, and the amenities top-notch. Also amazing value for the money. Perfectly located, well connected, truly nothing to complain about.

Good location and pleasant staff

The hotel is in a great location. It's in the city center. Convenient location for sightseeing, transportation, cafes, shops.

The carpet in the room was dirty and trampled. It needs to be either replaced or thoroughly cleaned. The hotel is located on the 9th floor, but the elevator only went up to the 8th floor. From there, you had to climb the stairs. This is something to keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage.

Perfect location and quiet rest!

Excellent location. All rooms are quiet as they’re well isolated and at the top floor. We were offered to leave our luggage on arrival but our room was ready before the official check-in time! Staff was nice and friendly :)

Elegance and beautiful property

I rented a deluxe room , i was really impressed and Happy with my room , it was beautifully clean and elegant, the owner was really friendly and pleasant. The location was fabulous and close to everything , the property was surrounded with all the beautiful cafes , restaurants, and stores

A hotel with potential !

Excellent location in the center, very friendly staff at the reception !

The hotel is not old, but in order to keep 4*, it needs renovation: painting the walls, changing the carpet, some cosmetics... Despite that, the cleaning lady does a great job !!!!! The view from my room was not to be desired. It was not possible to open the window due to the noise of a dozen air conditioners. The air conditioner in my room did not have a remote control and was also very noisy.

Not going back ever again

Location was excelent

The lift goes only upto 8th Floor & the hotel is on 9th Floor. you need to lift your bags & bring it one floor up & there is nobody to help you. We had heavy luggage & it was not smart. Bathroom was not having proper door to close. The door was sliding but was not moving at all. Water was getting accumulated in wash room. It was not appropriate.

Poor experience

The room had a very dirty walls, the quality of the bedding wasn’t meet any expectations of hotel bedding, it was super noisy and the room’s locker didn’t work, so as a young woman solo traveller this factor affected a lot. Really unpleasant experience, check out from this hotel one day before, because it was simply impossible to stay.

New hotel in the city center with the best terrace and view on the 9th floor. The rooms are very clean, the entire staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. In the room you have excellent wifi, slippers, shampoo, kettle, tea, coffee... Everything you need for both a long and a short stay.

Totally great experience

This hotel is new and it’s located greatly in a city center. I liked the architecture there, it got a unique Yugoslavian vibe. Another nice thing was that my room offered a cool film-like view. The staff was kind enough to early check-in us which was important for me as I was super tired from traveling on balkan train. Hotel also has a roof terrace, I guess it’s great when the weather is warm. The room was clean and staff was very helpful and friendly.

The only minor thing which i didn’t like is that curtains were not dense enough to stop the sunlight.

Amazing value for money

The whole stay exceeded my expectation. The lovely reception staff contected me before via Whatsapp to explain how to reach the hotel, and ensured that there are no surprises at check in. The hotel itself has no common areas, where one can hang out, but it was not needed in my case. It is as central as it gets so there are endless options all around

The reception & housekeeping staff were amazing! The location was perfect- very easy to get everywhere on foot. Room was compact & clean - great for a solo traveler.

The wifi was unreliable most days & was down for over an hour one day, which made it impossible to work. The late access to the building requires a separate fob - which was not secure & could easily be lost. The safe is not big enough.
