Appartement très bien situé, métro au pied de l immeuble. Parking à proximité. Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé. La température de l appartement ne varie pas même après 1 semaine à + de 35° dehors !! Parfait

オーナーは、親切でメッセージへの返信は早かった。
駅からは至近で雨が降ってもほとんど濡れずに部屋に入れた
部屋は綺麗で快適だった
ベランダからのドナウ川の景色が良かった。
テラスでくつろげるようなソファがあった。
食洗器、コーヒーメーカー（Nespresso）、トースターがあり、食事には十分な施設があった。
清掃設備（掃除機、洗濯機など）もあり、清掃や洗濯ができた。
冷蔵庫は、お土産などを大量に保存するためのスペースも十分にあった。
1階にはスーパーがあり、隣の駅には、ビザやケバブの軽食店、ベーカリーがあり便利だった。
食器や調理器具がいくつか汚れていた。（洗って使いました。）
鍵の開け方が少し難しく苦労した。ドアを引きながら開けることに苦労した（慣れたら問題は無かった）
最終日に階下の住人から椅子を動かす音が響くと連絡があり、できれば音が出ないようなカバーやシールを貼ってほしいとの連絡があった。（特にトラブルにはならなかったが、今後は対応されることをお勧めします）
