Sicuramente la posizione centrale ,la possibilita' di self check in.Riscaldamento ok ,macchina del caffe Nespresso.Taxi all arrivo incluso .Molti asciugamani ,divano letto nella stessa stanza,letto alto e morbido. Nell insieme e' andata bene

Mancanza di forno microonde,cialde per caffe' almeno 2 ,manacanza di bagnoschiuma, mancanza appendini nel bagno. I mobili non sonno proprio nuovi ,una sedia aveva il piede rotto,divano che faceva rumore .

Die Erreichbarkeit der Unterkunft war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt und ideal, um Wien zu erkunden. Die Wohnung war bestens ausgestattet und hatte alles, was man braucht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Excelente localização. A facilidade do check in a qualquer horário é excelente. Apartamento espaçoso e confortável. Ter um elevador num apartamento no segundo pavimento foi importante.

A limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar. Falta um microondas para ter uma cozinha completa.

Location is fabulous - although on a busy street. Fabulous bakery outside the front door. Easy to walk to the centre of Vienna and public transport close by. Supermarkets and restaurants around too.

Listing said washing machine which is one reason I chose that apartment - allegedly out for repair but a review of the photos on the listing makes it obvious there is no washing machine. No hot water and when reported I was told to push a button on the water heater to restart it. I had to do that every time anyone wanted a shower. After 2 days that didn't work and I had to insist they send someone to repair the water heater. They did not send anyone to supervise and I was expected to be at the apartment to let the worker in and supervise - 3 hours of my holiday! A bit of noise the early morning due to the bakery and restaurant downstairs sharing a courtyard with the apartment. Coffee pod machine but no jug for boiling water if you want to have tea. No microwave but stove and oven.
