Amazing property and fantastic location!
The check in was easy enough, but the information they sent was too much. It felt overwhelming, but it’s actually rather easy.

The apartment is definitely luxurious. The finest high end appliances and sanitary ware throughout.
Communication with the owners was easy and having the ability to leave our luggage earlier than allowed entry to stay was a huge bonus.
The area is quiet and has a relaxed vibe with lovely cafes, restaurants bars and shops close by.
We stayed during a hear wave and although the apartment doesnt have air con, the owners were thoughtful enough to provide large fans.
Minor complaint was that the curtains didn't really cover the full width of the windows in 2 rooms.
Also just to note, there are only 2 toilets in what is described as 3 bathroom. Neither of the toilets is ensuite

Location excellent. All communications with host excellent. Property v clean & spacious. Very well equipped.
The property description leads you to assume that there are 4 toilets. The ensuite bathrooms did not have toilets - most odd.The toilet facilities would be inadequate if the property was full to capacity (8 people with only 2 toilets).
The property was also on the chilly side - clearly an issue as a couple of stand alone electric heaters were made available.

The property is beautiful and the location great but we couldn’t enjoy it because the heat wasn’t working. We spent a full weekend shivering and trying to find ways to keep warm.
I rarely give a negative review, but I think it’s important for property owners to at least be responsive. In this case, the owner (Selina) didn’t seem at all concerned about the lack of heating in the unit despite the fact that it was 10 degrees outside and felt even colder inside. She suggested sending a technician on the day we were checking out. Despite the unit being beautiful, I wouldn’t stay again because of that lackadaisical attitude.
