We liked the location close to the beach and lots of eateries and cafes. We really appreciated having the use of a garage as street parking is a little difficult during the daytime. The bed is comfortable and the linens are good.
The kitchen is well equipped, but there is only salt and pepper and cooking spray, so you’ll have to supply your own spices, etc.
The daytime traffic is quite noisy until about 10 pm.
TV not subscribed to any broadcast channels, so no
Superbowl coverage?!!!

It was a quick walk to the beach and several cafes. The house itself was very cozy.
I would have like a few more staples. There was coffee and filters but no sugar or non dairy creamers. Other rentals I stayed in provided a little more.
