Beautiful rooms, super clean, nice bathrooms.
Not particularly well located, beautiful old palace but ugly out-buildings. Totally overpriced breakfasts (and not always very good) @20€, albeit in a fabulous ballroom.

Very nice and clean hotel overall but not worth the price. Location perfect.
Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to its supposed 5-star standard and was not worth the price paid. The shower drain and bathroom sink were completely blocked, which is unacceptable at this level.
The hotel advertises a “pillow menu,” but despite asking twice for a simple thin pillow, it was never delivered. To make matters worse, the phone in the room was not working. I informed reception, but it was never replaced or fixed.
Wi-Fi did not work at all during my stay, which is another major issue, especially for a hotel in this category.
Overall, the staff were not very friendly nor particularly helpful when problems were reported. This experience fell far below expectations, and I would not consider this a true 5-star hotel.
