Very good value for money. Good location in a quiet area with plenty of amenities around (shops, cafés, playground, park) all between 5-10 min walk away.
The house is very spacious and had everything we needed.
We also visited London and it was easy to get there - 9 min drive ( or 30 min walk) to Cheshunt station and 24 min train straight to Liverpool street station.
Everything was good, considering the price we paid for a 3 night stay in a house for 10 people.

Location; big house; good parking. Cheaper than hotel rooms.
Previously a HMO. The bedroom doors were still numbered.
Clean - but generally worn out; especially the bathrooms.
Big issue for us was the hot water boiler didn’t work and needed re pressurising 3 times in our 2 night stay resulting in no hot water on morning ! Small refund given.
