Location was great and close to bank station and cannon station. Room was clean and everything was available. They even though about small things that made our stay enjoyable. There's a laundry room that has washing machine and dryer and laundry detergent pods were provided. There is an umbrella section in the lobby that you can grab one and if returned less than 72hrs it's free. We asked for a heater and the lady in the reception was very helpful and quickly gave us an electric heater as the air-conditioning was only set for cold.

Our room was at lower ground and we didn't have any balcony or view but that wasn't a big deal.

The location was amazing, just a 3-minute walk from the Circle and District lines and a 4-minute walk from the Central line. M&S and Sainsbury's Local are just a minute away (open till late). Spacious room, stylishly designed, with all the necessary amenities. Loved having a kitchen. It was clear that great attention was given to the small details. The hosts kindly left water and snacks.

I stayed on the second floor (out of 3). I'm extremely sensitive to noise, and the floors felt thin and creaky. I could hear and feel vibrations with every step the guests above took, which caused a lot of stress. Even earplugs didn't help. Luckily, they were quiet from midnight until morning. The bed had a spring mattress, which was way too soft for my liking (I sank right into it), and the pillows felt cheap and uncomfortable.

I liked how central it was and how peaceful the property was.

My toilet wasn’t clean, it had a black stain in it and it made me uncomfortable through out my stay. Stayed for 8 days and I had to call on the 5th day about my complimentary cleaning and they came to clean it on the 6th day. Even with that I had to text and ask about it first, I didn’t like it at all.
