Fantastic hosts who have provided everything you could need in this property. Even umbrellas and chairs for the beach. The property is spacious and is fully kitted out inside. There is no window in the bedroom but that was not an issue at all - we would just have needed blackout shutters. The location is great, right in the middle of Villasimius, but with private parking and a gated courtyard. There is even a barbecue that we used one evening.
There are car access restrictions from 7.30pm to 1am on the main street to the property, because it is literally in the centre of the town. It wasn't a problem for our stay but might have been if we were planned to arrive back late one evening. On our first night we arrived late and the hosts Chiara and Claudio directed us to a parking place a short distance away - and met us there. They were always very helpful.
