We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in an excellent location, just a couple of minutes' walk from the main square, the bus stop for buses from Cagliari, and the beach shuttle, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. We also loved the beautiful terrace, and having a parking space available was a great bonus. A special thank you to Signora Maria, who is a truly wonderful and wise lady. She was warm, welcoming, and an absolute pleasure to talk to. Her kindness and hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended—we would happily stay here again!

Good location, you are almost in the center of Villasimus. Parking is available at the property. Clean and spacious apartment. The fridge, water boiler, and microwave are available.

A coffee machine would be perfect

The rooms where comfortable, spacious and clean, with air-co and outdoor terrace. The location is ideal, right next to the main pedestrian area and with quick access to the beaches. The owner, Signora Maria, is very kind and helpful.

A little bit of noise at night from the main street, but if you close the window and put on the air-conditioning that’s not a problem anymore.

The appartment is perfectly situated and everything is in walking distance. Maria is warm hearted and a very lovely woman. Even though our Italian is not the best we understood everything :) From 8pm on the street on which the appartment is situated is closed for cars, therefore its very comfortable to sleep without disturbing noices.
