Good location, you are almost in the center of Villasimus. Parking is available at the property. Clean and spacious apartment. The fridge, water boiler, and microwave are available.

The rooms where comfortable, spacious and clean, with air-co and outdoor terrace. The location is ideal, right next to the main pedestrian area and with quick access to the beaches. The owner, Signora Maria, is very kind and helpful.
A little bit of noise at night from the main street, but if you close the window and put on the air-conditioning that’s not a problem anymore.

The appartment is perfectly situated and everything is in walking distance. Maria is warm hearted and a very lovely woman. Even though our Italian is not the best we understood everything :) From 8pm on the street on which the appartment is situated is closed for cars, therefore its very comfortable to sleep without disturbing noices.

Very clean and well located appartement. Fair price, friendly owner, good parking. Very nice and blooming balcony. I would come back. Grazie!
-The pipes in the bathroom are smelling a bit. -Unfortunately I speak no Italiano at all and Maria speaks no English at all 😊
