The property is in great condition. The neighborhood is on the way back from 2 horrible hurricanes about 8 months ago and we are happy to be here to support the community of Englewood and Manasota Key.Manasota.Key.

The home was beautiful and the location was prime being that it was a short walk to the beach and all the local bars and restaurants. We did run into a few minor issues that were a bit of an inconvenience. First the AC was not properly cooling and we had to call and get an AC company to come fix the issue. The house did not properly cool unit the second night. We also noticed the refrigerator was not very cold either. Next, the water in the bathtub only had temperatures of Hot and scorching hot. There was no cooler water temp. Also, the dryer door would not stay shut, we had to wedge a stroller up against the door to keep it shut.
Besides that we did manage to have a great vacation, and we loved the pool. My family also loved the fact that there were plenty of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas provided. There were also two bikes available, which was a pleasant surprise because it wasn't listed.
Overall I would rate the house/location 4 star, but the inconveniences caused me to rate it 3 stars.
We hope to return and see that all has been taken care of.
