Ouistreham is a seaside resort offering a wide range of nautical activities (sailing, windsurfing, sand yachting, marina) as well as sporting activities (horseback riding, cycling with a cycle path from the house to Caen via the canal, karting) and relaxation (Thalasso 2 km from the house, mini golf, casino).
Numerous amenities close to the house (town center 2.5 km away, shopping center 1 km away), as well as restaurants (500 m).
The house comprises a fully-equipped kitchen on the first floor.
1 large 50 m² living-dining room with 5 large windows offering 180-degree sea views, 1 bedroom, 1 shower room and 1 separate toilet.
Second floor: 2 bedrooms with sea view, 1 large bedroom with garden view, 1 bathroom with shower and bath and 1 separate toilet.
Large basement with space for 2 cars.
The house is equipped with wifi.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Outside, on the garden side, barbecue, table and chairs for a pleasant moment sheltered from the wind.
The garden can accommodate several cars.
