You can watch the alpacas graze in the paddock, and you may well spot the deer that live in the nearby woods.
The nearby village has a shop and pub a mile away with lovely walks and cycle routes straight from your holiday home. Nearby Grantham, just 5 miles away, has a mainline railway station straight into London for a day out in the capital as well as many good restaurants, pubs, shops and amenities.
