This modern retreat sits n ear Oakham in Rutland and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.Please note: only one infant can be accommodated in this property.

It provides three bedrooms which include two doubles, one of which has an en-suite, a twin/double and a family bathroom, the property is able to sleep six people. Inside, also find an open-plan living area including a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Externally there is plenty of off-road parking, surrounding lawns and a patio with furniture and a barbecue. Clipsham is a stunning base to return to while exploring this fine region of England. Please Note: Bookings at this property must be a minimum of 2 nights.
