The contact for the house was super responsive, helpful and nice! The house keeper was so incredibly kind and accommodating. The house was absolutely gorgeous, like something out of a dream! The taverna in the town was the perfect place to have dinner when we didn't want to cook. The whole experience felt like we were visiting family, and it was truly special.
Only thing we had an issue with was one of the toilets kept running. We were worried about the wasted water and contacted the owner. They had a person out to fix it the next day. Not really a complaint, more of a kudos for handling the issue quickly!

Villa is amazing. Great for a group of friends or families since each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the common space is very big. Looks just like the pictures if not better. Also the hosts keep the property very clean. You could spend your whole vacation happily at the villa.
The location is 15 min from pylos but we hadn’t realized it was through village roads. You need a car to get to beaches and even restaurants. There really isn’t much to do in walking distance if the villa. But you’re a short drive to pylos which has everything (beach, restaurant, markets, pharmacy, shopping)

What an incredible house!
This might be the most beautiful rental we’ve stayed in over the past few years. The home has been renovated with undeniable charm and high-quality finishes. The decor is simple yet tasteful, and the outdoor space is absolutely stunning—borderline paradise!
Located in a breathtaking region, surrounded by waterfalls, golf courses, the sea, ancient ruins and their stories, and incredibly welcoming locals, it’s hard to imagine a better setting.
The house is spotless and perfectly maintained. A discreet person came by every day for a quick clean-up—just like in a hotel. We had a minor issue with the hot water, contacted the owner, and someone was there to fix it within 20 minutes.
Some might say I’m exaggerating, but it’s rare to find a rental of this level.
Go without hesitation—and open your eyes to this little corner of paradise in Greece.

Highly recommend, can’t fault. Kitchen is well stocked and bathrooms even have korres products. Housekeeper, Aleka is so lovely and even came to say goodbye. Owner, Dimitri had brought us wine and was kind. Restaurant nearby has great food and atmosphere. Also pool area is amazing day and night.
The only thing we could say is location. It’s a 10 minute drive to the big town Pylos and abit longer for the other towns. However, there is a fabulous taverna is a 5 minute walk.
