The location is amazing, just in front of you is the view on the sea🤩..the amenities are nice, there are 2 villas so after the reservation ask which one did you booked..the whole area is very nice
The only thing which was negative is the neighbour garden, where they have many dogs and you can hear them all the nights...

Multiple rooms and bathrooms across different floors allowed for a comfortable stay for 7 people. Beautiful views of sunsets each night. Kitchen was well equipped for breakfast and reheating lunch/suppers we bought in local restaurants. Quiet country-side location with easy access to Pylos and local market for supplies (we had our own car). Owners were available and very helpful for local resources, tips, etc. Pool was large and had stairs to access: depth was around 5 feet throughout. Ping pong table provided was fun! Daily house service allowed for towel changes and minor cleanups as needed.
Clothes washer was available but initially needed a cleanup before using it - this was done quickly after we flagged it to the owners.
