About this villa rental
Modular house into 2 apartments. Lime pit foot for 4 people. The two upper floors for a maximum of 8 people. Commendable in full for 13 guests. Located in a panoramic position overlooking the sea the citadel and the village. Quiet and pleasant park. Elegant furnishing.Above ground swimming pool. Private bar only for holidaymakers, sun loungers, parasol, hammock. Large shaded park with relaxing corners for personal daydreams. 3 golfs at 20mn by car. 3 dogs live in the property in a shady special fence. The cats are free. For couples, small familly or party possibility of renting by floor. Rates are for a minimum of 4 people for the ground floor apartment and 8 people for the upper floors, maximum of 13 guests in the entire villa. Renting for only 2 people on request. We undertake to organize aperitifs and can shop for the day of arrival.The rates may be decreasing according to the period and duration of stay. We recommend you to contract a cancellation insurance costs and premature return

Cadre superbe, avec des appartements tous confort et une belle piscine. La mer est à proximité, dans le village de Methoni on y trouve tout le nécessaire, terrasse, magasin et restaurants... idéal pour les familles!

bel ensemble, belle chambre spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain douche,endroit calme magnifique vue sur la mer et le port. Bar et piscine,vacance agréable très bon accueil.

Jamais deux sans trois,après 2014 et 2015 nouveau départ chez Janine pour un séjour de trois semaines cette fois-ci.
Magnifique voyage Genève-Athènes accueil à l'aéroport par un chauffeur de taxi envoyé par ses soins avec bouteilles d'eau fraîche et arrêts sur demande lors de notre transfert chez elle.
Première semaine repos,plages et promenades souvent accompagnées d'intéressantes explications historiques et géographiques
Deuxième semaine c'est la surprise après avoir loué un véhicule,nous allons découvrir le Magne,une nuit à Lalloudes,une autre à Yerolimin sur des belles routes avec des paysages extraordinaires,remerciements à notre guide,toujours elle pour cette merveilleuse idée ainsi que sa parfaite organisation.
Troisième semaine baignades en mer ou à sa piscine plus ballades en vélo,puisque disposant maintenant de VTT.
Pour terminer encore merci et bravo à Janine ainsi qu'à Olivier qui lui nous a servi de bricoleur,chauffeur et cuisinier.On se réjouit d'avance de vous retrouver.

Wir haben vor zwei Jahren nach einer intensiven Internetrecherche dieses Domizil für zwei Familien gefunden.
Schon beim ersten Mal waren wir begeistert, über das Anwesen, die Lage, die Bar, den Hochpool, den Ausblick auf Meer und Olivenhaine und die Gastfreundschaft.
Wir wurden wie Freunde aufgenommen und Janine und Olivier waren sehr darauf bedacht, uns jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Sie machten möglich, was möglich zu machen war. Die Bar von Olivier mit seinen Angeboten lässt kaum einen Wunsch offen: sehr gut wurde sein Mojito angenommen. Der Hochpool ermöglichte einen Blick auf das Meer mit Sonnenuntergang und war bei unseren Kindern begehrt. Heißgeliebt wurden von ihnen auch Hunde, Katzen und Schildkröten.
Nun sind wir zum zweiten Mal dort gewesen und es war, als komme man nach Hause. Es ist Erholung pur, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, Kinder wie Erwachsene. Ein Auto ist wegen der vom Ort abgelegenen Lage unbedingt empfehlenswert.
Wer Trubel, Party und Nachtleben mag, sollte allerdings woanders suchen.
