The property has an amazing view and a beautiful location, which really stand out and create a very pleasant first impression. The surroundings are impressive, relaxing, and ideal for a family holiday. The hotel manager was also very kind, helpful, and professional, and this made a positive difference to our stay.
The accommodation was clean and well maintained, which we appreciated, and the overall setting has great potential. With such a privileged location, beautiful views, and attentive management, the property could offer an even stronger premium experience if the service and facilities were further upgraded.
The service needs to be more streamlined, as it felt quite slow at times. Apart from the courts, there were no additional wellness facilities, such as a spa or similar premium amenities. We also experienced some accessibility issues when going from the homes we rented down to the home pool area.
Considering the amount of money a family spends for this type of stay, we would expect a higher level of premium service, better facilities, and a more seamless overall experience.
