תחזוקת הוילה בינונית, הפריע לנו שהסלון היה בחלק העליון של הוילה וחדרי המגורים היו למטה ומהם יצאנו לבריכה, פחות פרקטי

לא אמרו לנו לפני ההזמנה אלא רק יום לפני ההגעה כי המסעדה, הבר וכלל שירותי המקום סגורים מכיוון שאנחנו לא בשיא העונה (הגענו בתחילת אוקטובר). בבוקינג נרשם שיש ארוחת בוקר נהדרת ובנינו על זה. לצערנו לא הייתה ארוחת בוקר כלל, הבר היה סגור, לא היה שירות ניקיון חדרים וכו'. החדרים והמקלחות לא היו נקיים והורגש כי לא ביקרו בחדר הרבה זמן חשוב שגם בוקינג וגם מקום האירוח ידגישו באופן ברור ובולט שמתחילת אוקטובר האורחים מקבלים את הוילה בלבד ללא שירותים נוספים. המיקום קצת מרוחק ולכן זה עוד יותר בעייתי כאשר אין מסעדה במקום עניין נוסף היה הגסט האוס. הגענו משפחה עם שלושה ילדים וקילבנו וילה וגסט האוס. לא היה ברור שלגסט האוס יש כניסה נפרדת והילד פחד לישון שם לבד
