The Olive Grove Kardamyli

The place is brand new and built with high standards and most tasteful design. The kitchen is really well equipped with a lot of thought of comfort and appliances you rarely find in other places (like milk frother!). The owners provided bread, milk, fruits and a batch of coffee capsules as we arrived. The olive grove is lovely and the views (particularly from the balconies upstairs) are great. The location is great, a minute or 2 by car from Kardamyli, but still very quiet, and quite private (besides the second villa and another vacation home). The pool has a heating option if you ask for it. Host was very nice and responsive. They had a washer with a dryer so the laundry option was particularly useful and easy.

The water supply and sewer depends on all kinds of pumps installed in the basement which produce noises and clicks and the water pressure is not always stable. The en-suite bathrooms feel a little small. Towel racks are missing. There are no games you can play (board games, table tennis or anything else). Though the pool has heating it's still a bit cold even in early October. Those are minor issues, but since the place is a bit expensive I didn't think it's the absolute perfect 10.

beautiful villa. beautifully decorated and designed. fully equipped. you have all you need for your stay. the host was very helpful. few minutes walk to the center of the town as well as to the beach. beautiful swimmingpool. highly recommended.

nothing. everything was perfect.

Die Villa ist sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage mitten im Olivenhain ist ganz besonders reizvoll. Der große Pool ist der Mittelpunkt der Terrasse und hat unseren Kindern viel Spaß bereitet…
