Obiekt usytuowany w sercu starego miasta ale z idealnym wyjściem na miasto tj. na dworzec, na autobus czy przystań. Taras na dachu jest dodatkowym autem.

Mogłoby być czyściej, obiekt widać jest sprzątany powierzchownie. Trafiła nam się także nieodprana pościel. Przybory higieniczne były w niewystarczającej ilości a forma podania w woreczkach jest niepraktyczna, również ręczników mogłoby być więcej jak i papieru czy ręcznika kuchennego, skoro obiekt posiada kuchnię. Rośliny na tarasie były wysuszone i mało estetyczne razem z chwastami.

The property is in the Bari Old Town ZTL but on the edge of it. We were there during the annual festival of San Nicola when the streets in town were all blocked off but under normal circumstances you should be able to get quite close by car. On Sebastiano's recommendation I parked at the Saba Porto car park which was only about 10 minutes walk away and good value at 7 euros per day. One of our group has difficulty climbing stairs so the elevator was most welcome. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby - we recommend "Eddycola". The downside of the access to restaurants is that there can be a bit of noise from the street but on balance we thought it was worth it. Being in the Old Town it is also easy to get to the historical monuments. The rooftop terrace was a great place from which to watch the San Nicola festival fireworks. Wi-Fi was very good if you were on the same floor as the modem, but the signal was not present in the downstairs bedroom - I would recommend installing a Wi-Fi repeater.

With a bit of attention to detail and maintenance, this place could easily be a 10/10 property. So there is a dishwasher, but no dishwashing tablets. We asked Sebastiano for some, but thanks to a translation problem he gave us dishwashing liquid instead (very quickly, I should say). The electric kettle appeared to be broken. And the legs on the bed in the upstairs bedroom were very loose which was a bit disconcerting - I would recommend replacing the bed. And the light from the elevator shone into the downstairs bedroom, which could be fixed with a door or screen. Sebastiano didn't always answer messages on Booking.com, although he responded quickly to messages on WhatsApp. None of these are irremediable problems so it is a shame to see someone miss an opportunity to make the best of a property which has a great deal to recommend it.

E’ un appartamento molto ben pensato con l’ascensore interno e silenzioso che collega tutti i piani. E’ stato molto bello vivere in una casa curata in tutti i dettagli con la possibilità di riunirsi scegliendo un soggiorno con camino o un terrazzo.

Remek lokáció, jól felszerelt és kényelmes lakás. Ugyan a helyiségek külön szinteken vannak, de belső lift is segíti az közlekedést. Sebastiano, a host nagyon kedves, segítőkész.
