The house is in a great location, easy cycling distance to the Lake, and at this price, you could not say anything negative about the property. Downstairs is great for socialising, and the pool is well-maintained. The kitchen had everything. The driveway is accessed through locked gates, and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We made use of the washing machine and drying only took 30 minutes outside in the heat. Bike hire is a 10-minute walk. Highly recommend K2 bikes, a small supermarket in Doussard, and a much bigger supermarket 10 minutes down the road.

La escalera de la piscina es muy mala con escalones muy altos
La casa para una persona en silla de ruedas no es adecuada. Escalones en salón y en dormitorio planta baja

Super clean, with loads of amenities - kitchen was well stocked, pool, jacuzzi, trampoline. It’s very spacious and suitable for a family of 5 (my guess as we travelled as a couple with our dog). Doussard is about 30mins away from Annecy town but we found the neighbouring villages to be sufficient for sightseeing, a walk and food.
