Ho fatto tappa a Milano durante il mio viaggio e ho pernottato in questa struttura, situata in pieno centro e a due passi dal Duomo. L’appartamento è molto accogliente, pulito, curato nei minimi dettagli e dotato di tutti i comfort. Una nota di merito va sicuramente a Stefano che, con estrema gentilezza e professionalità, ha saputo consigliarmi ottimi ristoranti nei dintorni e i migliori hotspot della città da visitare: una vera cortesia per gli ospiti! Super consigliato, tornerò presto :)

L’Emplacement était top à 5 min du centre à 10 15 min du Duomo à pied, un carrefour express à 2min à pied également. Notre hôte Stefano ainsi que le concierge de l’immeuble étaient réactifs et gentils. Il y a 2 accès à l’immeuble.
Rien pour l’appartement. Sauf L’accès au parking central était compliqué à cause de travaux. L’entrée n’était pas bien indiquée, nous avons eu du mal à trouver et avons dû nous débrouiller pour y accéder.

The overall stay would have been great, except the situation with bedding. The apartment is small, but has everything needed for a short stay. Ideal for 2 people. Sofabed if pulled out to accommodate 3rd person takes up all the space in the living/kitchen area, making it hard to walk around. Location is very walkable, 8 mins walk to the Duomo. Building has elevator and concierge.
Management needs to pay attention how cleaning people clean the apartments. Biggest issue is the bedding. while bed sheets are being changed the blankets are not cleaned and same blanked being used for every guests. The facility do not use duvet covers, only flat sheets to wrap the blankets. This creates unsanitary conditions. Cleaning crew doesn't clean under the beds or in the corners.
