Location is good, very big room and living room too, clean, with lift and ac!

Should have more blankets, as we don’t want to share the same duvet or blanket sheet,

Locatie excelentă, aproape de duomo,statie de metrou exact in fata scarii, aer conditionat ,pret destul de bun,locație destul de sigura

Sejur de 6 zile fără nici o zi de curățenie, dacă ai nevoie sa schimbi prosoapele e contra cost(mai ieftin sa le cumperi din oras), recomand pt maxim 2 nopți

Posizione centrale, ottima. Gentilezza e disponibilità da parte dei gestori /reception. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Lo consiglierei. Ottima rispondenza qualità /prezzo.

The room was big and clean, had a coffee machine, crockery, microwave etc. The customer service over whatsapp was very responsive (There is no one at the reception desk on weekends). It's a 10 minute walk to the Duomo.

The AC wasn't working on the first day so we had to sleep in extreme heat. They did get us a fan but that was sufficient for one person only. The AC got repaired the next day. The location is average, the metro station is nearby so that's convenient but it's not a lively area. It didn't feel like we were living in a hotel ..just a room in a concrete building. Online check in process is quite cumbersome. Luckily we reached on a Friday so there was someone at the reception desk to show us our rooms. If you reach outside working hours or on a weekend you will have to manage on your own. If you go to shower one after another, hot water runs out.
