Velasca Tower Apartments

Świetne położenie, bardzo blisko Duomo. Stacja metra bezpośrednio przy obiekcie.Mimo kodów do apartamentu, recepcja również na miejscu, bardzo pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta :) Można liczyć na pomoc. Bardzo dobry kontakt mail również przed przyjazdem. Apartament wyposażony dosłownie w wszystko. To był mój kolejny w nim pobyt. Polecam!!!

The room was big and clean, had a coffee machine, crockery, microwave etc. The customer service over whatsapp was very responsive (There is no one at the reception desk on weekends). It's a 10 minute walk to the Duomo.

The AC wasn't working on the first day so we had to sleep in extreme heat. They did get us a fan but that was sufficient for one person only. The AC got repaired the next day. The location is average, the metro station is nearby so that's convenient but it's not a lively area. It didn't feel like we were living in a hotel ..just a room in a concrete building. Online check in process is quite cumbersome. Luckily we reached on a Friday so there was someone at the reception desk to show us our rooms. If you reach outside working hours or on a weekend you will have to manage on your own. If you go to shower one after another, hot water runs out.
