110mq Santa Sofia Apartment, in the center of Milan, 10 min walk from Duomo

Excellent location, 2 metro stations nearby. Getting the keys was very easy and even though we arrived very late there were no problems. The 2 bathrooms are also a big plus. Тhanks for the coffee capsules - they are always a lifesaver on the first morning :)

There is something to be desired with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, the apartment has been renovated but there is still something to be desired for this price.Еspecially the bed linen and duvets

The location was just far enough away from the city centre to be nice and quiet and only a short easy walk into the duomo piazza Nice and spacious plenty of room for 4 adults without feeling too crowded.

Spacious apartment, with plenty of seating for 4 people. Large fridge freezer and washing machine were handy. Location was ok, easy to get around Milan on foot.

There was a QR code in the living room which had a message saying that it would provide all information about the apartment, but there was only an error message when trying to access this. The shower in the larger bathroom was unable to be used as there was nothing stopping the water from running out all over the bathroom. It was used once before this was noticed and we had to mop up a significant amount of water. The tap in the larger bathroom is very loose which wouldn’t normally be of much significance but it was just another detail that showed a lack of upkeep of the apartment. There is a dishwasher and washing up liquid provided for handwashing but no tea towel. There was a dirty tea towel left in the cupboard under the sink. There was only one small kitchen bin with one bag provided, which was quickly filled within the three days we stayed there. There was no instructions left regarding how to get rid of rubbish. One of the double beds is extremely comfortable but the other is very hard. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and appears only to be accessed by a small lift. Access to the main building and also the apartment is only by keypads and no keys were provided. We had trouble getting into the main door of the building one evening as nobody answered the call bell. Luckily, another residence was entering the building and let us in. I did message the host to ask how to access the QR code to get information about the apartment, to inform them of the issue with the shower and to ask if there were any stairs we could use (and to know that there is an exit in case of an emergency) but I did not receive any response. I did however receive a general reply advising us to ensure all lights etc were turned off before leaving and asking for an estimated time of checking out of the apartment so that cleaning could be organised. During our trip to Italy, this was the fourth apartment we stayed in.
