Literal paradise

Absolutely stunning hotel - real quiet luxury in the most beautiful setting. All the small details of this place make it so special, the amazing breakfasts, the beautifully decorated areas and corners to relax in with breathtaking views, the pool area is also paradise. Our room was lovely, part of the old house but restored amazingly. Would definitely return.

Outstanding, personalised service—Edith and John are truly remarkable hosts who made our stay unforgettable. The environment is stunningly beautiful, deeply calming, and exceptionally restorative. Facilities are impeccable, thoughtfully designed, and meticulously maintained. Breakfast was simply phenomenal—every dish freshly prepared, bursting with flavour, and presented like a piece of art. This place is genuinely heaven-sent; an absolute sanctuary for deep relaxation, restful sleep, and total rejuvenation of body and soul. We couldn't recommend it highly enough!

Amazing! Did not want to leave! Cannot wait to return!

The rooms, the decor, the pool area, the breakfasts (oh my goodness, the best breakfast spreads ever). My sister and I had the most amazing stay at San Roque and were very sad to leave. Edith and her husband made our stay so inviting and we would certainly recommend!

It was a little tricky to access the property due to recent rain damage, but after you have done the drive once you will be more comfortable!

So much more then I expected in every way. If you are looking for small and quiet luxury. Perfect end to our trip in Andalusia. My new favorite place.

The most beautiful accomodation we have ever stayed at.

Amazing breakfast (every breakfast was different with homemade cake), very welcoming, helpful and sweet hosts (and dogs), quiet and peaceful environment and everything was beautifully designed and decorated with a lot of love.

The only negative aspect was that we had to leave at some point.

Tout avons tout aimé dans ce séjour. Accueilli très chaleureusement par Edith, la propriétaire. Très chaleureuse et très discrete pendant le séjour, tjrs à nous demander si tout était ok! La villa est superbe, propre avec équipement haut de gamme type transat fauteuil etc la décoration est superbe. Le jardin est calme avec plein de plantes. C’est un lieu très reposant. Chambre parfaite, très propre, avec terrasse au calme. Soleil le matin. Lit très confortable. Le petit dej fait maison tjrs dans le jardin avec produit de qualité. On a aimé aussi le bar où des bières sont à dispo (a payer au Check out) mais tellement pratique pour éviter de ressortir. Nous y reviendrons j’espère car c’était génial

Wunderschönes Anwesen welches stylish eingerichtet und mit Liebe dekoriert wurde! Überall gibt es gemütliche Ecken zum Verweilen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Edith hat uns jeden Morhen mit ihren selbst gemachten Köstlickheiten verwöhnt!

Excellente Lage, etwas anspruchsvolle Anfahrt ( es hatte in den Tagen zuvor heftige Regenfälle gegeben, die die Wege fast unwegsam machten.) Supernette Gastgeber, die auf Wünsche jederzeit positiv reagierten.

Allt var fantastiskt! Läget fantastikst, uppe på en kulle med magisk utsikt . Väldigt vackert inrett. Rent och välskött. Vi bodde i en casita med en liten köksdel med plattor, micro och kylskåp vilket var toppen. Man kunde fixa lättare lunch eller middag själv. Fanns även en "honesty bar" ute i loungen om man hade brist på dricka. Otroligt sköna sängar. Frukosten var delikat och varje dag något nytt spännande. Mycket frukt. Mycket hjälpsamt värdpar som gav tips på restauranger mm. Vill gärna komma tillbaka!

Inget! Allt var bra, men första gången var vägen dit lite påfrestande :-).
