Beyond expectations! Can't wait to return

Al Dolce Vita was beyond our expectations! Communication with Giovanni was stellar and he met us as we arrived with the keys. He walked us through the apartment showing us where everything was and let us know to reach out if we needed anything at all. This place was fantastic! Views of the mountains from the bedrooms and large veranda (with retractable shade) very well appointed with everything we could possibly need. Short walk to the Lago Maggiore and a plethora of restaurants and cafes/bars. Bonus, a fabulous bottle of sparkling wine upon our arrival with some yummy snacks! We had never been to Stresa before and are already planning our return trip; we will definitely be staying here again! Fantastic location and apartment. I saw another reviewer mention the veranda is overlooked by neighbors - we did not find this is not a problem as everyone was well aware of each other and allowed each other privacy.

Loved it all! Just a note: if you have trouble with stairs be aware you must climb stairs to enter and then again to reach bedrooms. We knew this, so not a problem for us.

Everything at this property was clean and of very high quality. The terrace was beautiful and a great extra space. As a family, having the large extra half bathroom was very helpful.

There was nothing not to like. For us we found it a little hard to find when first arriving and it made for a stressful start, but everything went well after that.

We had a lovely time at the apartment and Stresa is a lovely place to visit.

The location of the property is very close to the main part of Stresa and is only a couple of minutes walk into the town. There is also a lovely sitting area on the terrace.

Beautiful apartment in the centre of a beautiful town

Great location and welcome. Stylish and comfortable with a lovely terrace. Wine, water and snacks provided by host were a welcome and nice tough. Would choose to stay here again. 3 minute walk from lake and ferry.

Great Apartment in a super location

Modern stylish apartment, in a great location to beaches, town centre and many many restaurants. The hosts Giovanni and Maria Antonieta were so kind and helpful, willing to ensure we enjoyed our stay. All the apartment inclusions, including bed and pillows were perfect

Beautiful apartment in old town with big privat terrace.

Great location in the old town, ten steps to the promenade. Big terrace and balconies on both bedrooms. Fresh, stylish, modern, good quality interior. And the parking slot! Our dog also enjoyed his vacation here :) The host is nice and friendly, every question gets a solution quickly. We will come back here again!

Très bien situé. Appartement très agréable, terrasse très grande et sympa pour un apéro au soleil.

Manque peut-être un petit vestiaire quand on entre pour y laisser nos vestes et casquettes par exemple.

Klein, fein und praktisch

Lage im Zentrum aber trotzdem ruhig. Sehr sauber. Terrasse mit Mittagssonne. Sehr aufmerksamer Vermieter. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Promenade, Schiffsteg 1-5min zu Fuß. Klein aber sehr empfehlenswert!

Emplacement familial idéal pour visiter Stresa et les îles Boromées

L'emplacement, la modernité de l'appartement, le parking, les petites attentions de l'hôte. Remarque importante (ni positive, ni négative): la deuxième chambre compred des lits superposés. C'est plutôt un logement familial que pour deux couples

Quelques équipements standards de cuisine manquants. La deuxième salle de bains n'avait pas de douche. Pas de lampes de chevets.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, man fühlte sich willkommen. Stresa ist auch sehr schön!

Ruhige Lage, Parkplatz, sauber, modern eingerichtet.

Geschirr abgezählt daher muss Spülmaschine nach jeder Mahlzeit fast leer benutzt werden , Waschmaschine sollte besser gepflegt werden, Klimaanlage laut(Schlafzimmer).

Appartement moderne et très bien situé

La localisation, appartement refait à neuf, très bien situé au centre-ville et très calme. Il y a une terrasse qui est agréable mais avec beaucoup de vis à vis. Très bon accueil et Giovanni est réactif.

Les lits superposés sont un peu justes pour des grands ados. Beaucoup de vis-à-vis. Équipements cuisine très restreints

Mooi ruim rustig appartement in het centrum van Stresa. Ruim dakterras waar je lekker kunt zitten. Loop afstand van het water, warm ontvangst.

In de bestek lade ontbreekt het een en het ander, lastig als je wilt koken. Weinig glazen, een waterkoker ontbreekt.

consiglierei un tavolino (anche solo pieghevole)con 4 sedie da poter usare dentro casa o sul balcone. Direi al vicino di abbassare il faro antiintrusione che da fastidio quando sei sulla terrazza

Idéal pour découvrir Stresa et les îles Borromées

La localisation à une centaine de mètres de l'embarcadère, le calme alors qu'on est à quelques mètres du centre-ville... Le parking à proximité est un vrai plus.

Il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine (un épluche légumes par exemple) mais c'est un détail.
