L’accueil et la disponibilité de Paolo Les conseils pour les visites , les restaurants etc. Les petites attentions pour notre arrivée La proximité du centre ville et de la gare
on ne peut pas avoir l’ avantage de la proximité de la gare sans avoir l’inconvénient du bruit mais on ne peut pas dire que c’était négatif.

Un accueil extraordinaire et des conseils sur mesure. Merci 🙏 1000 fois Paolo and family ! L appartement est très bien situé, extrêmement propre et bien décoré. Il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut…Très bonne literie et le jardin avec l odeur de fleurs d oranger est un vrai plus en ville ! Je recommande chaleureusement cette adresse.
Le seul petit bémol serait qu’on ne voit pas l extérieur car les fenêtres sont recouvertes d un film transparent opaque laissant tout de même passer la lumière.

Perfekte Lage direkt am Bahnhof und nur ein 10-15 Minuten in die Stadt. Der Gastgeber ist immer erreichbar, wartet bei der Ankunft auf einen und hilft mit den Koffern. Er hat auch auf alle Fragen eine Antwort, gibt gute Tipps und ist immer erreichbar! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt auch eine Kaffeemaschine. La Spezia eignet sich auch hervorragend um Cinque Terre mit dem Zug zu erkunden.
