l'Etoile a 450m dalla Stazione

The property was great. It was just myself and my friend but it was plenty big enough for us and they set up an extra bed for us which was super comfortable. The balcony was great, we had wine out there quite often and loved it. Not to mention the owner Mathilde. Not only did she come and meet us at the station in the AM to take our bags for us, but she also picked us up later to drop us off to our room + the man who was with her (forgotten his name apologies!). They gave us complimentary wine and croissants and were absolutely lovely. I really couldn’t recommend this place more if I tried. The location was also so perfect. If you’re coming to La Spezia I highly recommend. I had such an amazing time because of this accommodation

La vicinanza alla stazione e allo stesso tempo la tranquillità della zona. Appartamento pulitissimo, la cucina con tutto il necessario, la doccia quasi da spa. Mathilde e Sergio due persone molto accoglienti, amano quello che fanno e i loro impegno si vede. Sono venuti a prenderci in stazione e fatto trovare da bere bibite fresche e il vino per brindare il ns soggiorno.

It was a cute little apartment. My husband and I enjoyed Mathilde and she couldn’t have been more helpful. It is a small unit but the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen were well equipped. The bathroom was beautifully updated. The little patio had a bistro table for two and we enjoyed having our coffee out there. Proximity to the train station is under 15 minutes. I would definitely stay there again if I were in the area.

It was on a hill so it may not be good for physically challenged individuals.

L' emplacement, l' accueil, Mathilde a été une personne charmante avec beaucoup d' attention, de conseil, je recommande+++++. Je t'embrasse fort Mathilde et un coucou au mari 😚
