L'appartement est grand, agréable. Le fait d'avoir un coin buanderie et un dressing est un plus. À deux pas du tram 1 et de la gare. Grand parking même si je ne l'ai pas utilisé
L'équipement mérite un sérieux renouvellement et/ou entretien (ménagère et batterie de cuisine à changer, quelques accessoires complémentaires), meubles à resserrer, table basse trop petite). Les fenêtres laissent passer l'air... Pas évident de trouver le sommeil. Beaucoup de bazar dans le dressing, ce serait agréable de tout mettre dans des bacs pour l'effet général de bonne tenue. La colonne de douche fuit et pleine de calcaire

Parking fermé avec place numérotée.
Il manquait des petits détails pourtant bien pratiques pour un court séjour : sac poubelle (il n'y en avait meme pas dans la poubelle), éponge correcte et il restait juste un fond de rouleau de papier toilette. Il n'y avait aucun dépliant ou doc sur Nantes ou le quartier, c'est un peu dommage.
