Location. Ease from taxi to room only a few mins walk. Great restaurants. Double glazing was key as it was a bit noisy at night. Great views from apartment. Air cons in both bedrooms and lounge. Shame to leave.

Location location location
The upper bedroom is over the lower bedroom with paper thin floors. We had no hot water in the morning and no maid service for three days. If you’re not going to offer maid service to clean towels you need to install a washing machine.
